Resumo: The radish (Raphanus sativus L.) is a spicy-flavored brassica, which is mainly applicable for small and medium-sized growers. This research aimed to verify the differences in plant size and root development submitted to organic, mineral and organomineral fertilization. The study aimed to evaluate which type of fertilizer was best used by the plant making it improve soil fertility, influencing its productivity. In addition to contributing to the rural vegetable producer, showing him which type of fertilization would be better used by the plant, making the increase in production and development increasingly better. The experiment was carried out in a rural property, planting in seedlings that were planted in five-liter pots, five replications containing three fertilizations and one control, T1 control, T2 20,000 kg ha-1 of organic fertilizer (cattle manure) , T3 10,075 kg ha-1 of organomineral fertilizer and T4 150 kg ha-1 of potassium chloride. The fertilizer doses were stipulated to provide 90 kg ha-1 of potassium. The evaluations were carried out with the collection of the aerial part of the plants, which were weighed and measured. The same procedure was carried out with the roots, which are used for trade. Size, weight and diameter were measured. The data found were found in the analysis of variance and the variables that differences differences went through the Scott-Knott Test (1974). As a result it was found that the treatment with the organomineral fertilizer provided the best result with 10.45 cm in height and 6.03 g in weight, the mineral had the second best result with 7.72 cm in height and 5.62 g in weight, and the organic one had the least satisfactory result at 7.12 cm in height and 1.96 g in weight.
