Utilização de sistema de suporte para decisão clínica: uma revisão sistemática

Resumo: Background: Introduction: With the scientific and technological development associated with the complexity of health care, the use of Clinical Decision Support Systems (SADC) has become of paramount importance to assist diagnosis and clinical conduct. Objective: This study aims to identify and analyze the use of Medical Decision Support Systems (SADC). Methods: A literature review on clinical decision support systems was carried out by searching the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Latin American and Caribbean Literature (LILACS) and International Health Sciences Literature databases (PUBMED). Results: 335 studies were found, 138 in Lilacs, 67 in Scielo and 130 in Pubmed, of which 11 publications presented the criteria for inclusion in the study. Conclusion: The articles found demonstrated that the medical routine is benefited by the use of support systems for clinical decision by factors such as the reduction of the volume of documents, better use of consultation time and improvement of procedures, integration of doctors with other team professionals. However, it should also be noted that there are barriers that hinder its use, mainly related to health professionals themselves.

Objetivo: Este estudo tem como objetivo identificar e analisar a utilização dos Sistemas de Apoio à Decisão Médica (SADC). Métodos: Foi realizada uma revisão da literatura sobre sistemas de apoio à decisão clínica, por meio de buscas nas bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe (LILACS) e Literatura Internacional em Ciências da Saúde (PUBMED). Resultados: foram encontrados 335 estudos, sendo 138 no Lilacs, 67 do Scielo e 130 do Pubmed, dos quais 11 publicações apresentaram os critérios para inclusão no estudo. Conclusão: Os artigos encontrados demonstraram que a rotina médica é beneficiada pela utilização de sistemas de apoio à decisão clínica por fatores como a redução do volume de documentos, melhor aproveitamento do tempo de consulta e aprimoramento dos procedimentos, integração dos médicos com outros profissionais da equipe.
