Resumo: The present article has the aims to analyze the 4.0 Revolution and its consequences on Labor Law, in another words, to point how technology evolution will affect the human work, labor relations and worker rights, as well, to analyze both sides of the revolution, the one that eliminates many functions and the one that creates new jobs. That way, noticed that the unemployment will increase in the presence of the present scene and that the workers will need to improve themselves to keep on the job market. The method utilizated for the elaboration of the article, was a bibliographic revision about the topic presented.

Dessa forma percebe-se que, o desemprego consequentemente aumentará diante do atual cenário e que os trabalhadores precisarão de aperfeiçoamento para que se mantenham no mercado de trabalho.
