Resumo: Campus Ground Zero Ecuador, Federal University of Amapá (UNIFAP) is located in the Ground Zero neighborhood in the city of Macapa, about 10 hectares in area, has built a space that was divided between the administrative buildings, classrooms and laboratories, and one that is composed of native vegetation which occupies about 70% of the area, this vegetation is characterized by Fragment Forest and Savannah. Among these 10 hectares, was found in 1997, clay vessels with a depth of 1 meter from the surface, this area was called the archaeological site, felled by the Institute of Historical and Artistic Heritage (IPHAN). By presenting the historical and biological importance, there was a lack of floristic inventory and record of the material, given that it had undergone removal of the savannah vegetation that occur to the excavations and historical research on the site. He conducted a survey to mark the area and followed by monitoring techniques herborization plants in their flowering period, and recorded in the herbarium of teaching botany lab (UNIFAP). The results feature physiognomic vegetation as being typical of savannah, we identified 20 species belonging to 12 families that highlight Leguminosae Adans, Tuneraceae DC, and Poaceae Barnhart Cypaeraceae Juss. This type of research calls for further studies in Amapá, because it has numerous archaeological sites on their territory, not yet identified its vegetation and its correlation with the area.

Universidade Federal do AmapáCNPqMenezes, Cristiane RodriguesFerreira, Renata Cristina das Mercês2011-06-09info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionArtigo Avaliado pelos Paresapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biota/article/view/14110.18561/2179-5746/biotaamazonia.v1n1p74-80Biota Amazônia (Biote Amazonie, Biota Amazonia, Amazonian Biota); v. 1, n. 1 (2011); 74-802179-5746reponame:Biota Amazôniainstname:Universidade Federal do Amapá (UNIFAP)instacron:UNIFAPporhttps://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biota/article/view/141/v1n1p74-80.pdfDireitos autorais 2011 Biota Amazônia (Biote Amazonie, Biota Amazonia, Amazonian Biota)http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2023-04-26T18:52:31Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/141Revistahttp://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biotaONGhttps://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biota/oai||juliosa@unifap.br2179-57462179-5746opendoar:2023-04-26T18:52:31Biota Amazônia - Universidade Federal do Amapá (UNIFAP)false
