Resumo: | Forensic Entomology is a science that applies to the study of insects to legal methods being used as physical evidence in skills whether in civil, corporate and criminal cases. This study aims to develop a historical profile and a contextualization of scientific research with insects of forensic importance. The methodology was based on studies involving forensic entomology in the State of Amapa, performed under the supervision of researchers from the Laboratory of Arthopoda of the Federal University of Amapa, the Technical Scientific Police from the State of Amapa and the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation in Rio de Janeiro. These studies initiated since 2007 in areas of Amazonian Savanna, floodplain forest in upland, gallery and urban environment, using as methodologies carcasses of protected animals in cages as bait to collect insects of forensic importance. These studies have generated data on taxonomy, succession, bionomics, ecology, entomotoxicologia and parasitoids of insects of forensic importance, available in databases at the Laboratory of Arthropods of the Federal University of Amapa, contributing to the training of undergraduate and graduate degree, generating Final Papers, Monographs, Abstracts Congress, Book Chapters, Scientific Papers and Scientific Notes. This study provides subsidies for national use and in the northern on the construction of forensic entomology for the legal field, the main goal is to stimulate the promotion of interaction between academic and research activities in order to promote the expansion of an area of knowledge that remains incipient in criminal resolution, civil and business in the State of Amapa. Keywords: forensic history, insects, Amapa. |

Universidade Federal do AmapáFigueira, Sérgio SampaioSouto, Raimundo Nonato Picanço2015-03-31info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biota/article/view/120610.18561/2179-5746/biotaamazonia.v5n1p123-127Biota Amazônia (Biote Amazonie, Biota Amazonia, Amazonian Biota); v. 5, n. 1 (2015); 123-1272179-5746reponame:Biota Amazôniainstname:Universidade Federal do Amapá (UNIFAP)instacron:UNIFAPporhttps://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biota/article/view/1206/v5n1p123-127.pdfDireitos autorais 2015 Biota Amazônia (Biote Amazonie, Biota Amazonia, Amazonian Biota)http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2016-03-29T17:54:03Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/1206Revistahttp://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biotaONGhttps://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biota/oai||juliosa@unifap.br2179-57462179-5746opendoar:2016-03-29T17:54:03Biota Amazônia - Universidade Federal do Amapá (UNIFAP)false |
