Resumo: | The Psychiatric Reform in Brazil occurs through social movements, for the rights of psychiatric patients, overcoming acts of asylum violence and creating a mental health network with services in Psychosocial Care Centers (CAPS). The objective was to understand about the actions and care of nursing care in CAPS ad. An integrative literature review was carried out through a search in journals indexed in the LILACS, SciELO databases through the VHL from 2011 to 2022 to verify the evolution of the theme in the last decade. The survey of studies was carried out between January and March 2022 using the Descriptors in Health Science (DeCS): Nursing care, mental health, mental health services. Seven articles published in Portuguese were used. The content analysis technique used for categorization: Thematic Category 1: Nursing actions in assistance in the context of mental health and Thematic Category 2: The role of nurses in CAPS ad. Changes in the recognition of nurses' actions were evidenced in previous publications mentioning that the professional does not have a defined role in the scenario of attention in psychosocial rehabilitation, in addition to having little specific preparation. However, recent publications recognize the role of nurses in the care of chemically dependent patients as fundamental in treatment and recovery. It is expected that as there are more discussions on the subject, the role of nurses in CAPS ad will be understood more broadly. |
