Integration teaching-service: Living in practice the vaccine campaigns in a District of Health in the municipal district of Belém

Resumo: | The objective of the present article is to describe the integration teaching-service lived by resident nurse during the vaccine campaign in the schools, in the municipal district of Belém, state of Pará. Methodology: This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach expressed as experience report, lived during the activities of the Multiprofessional Residency Program in Attention to Integrated Clinic, Federal University of Pará, in a vaccine campaign in the schools of a Health District, in the period from February to May 2019. Results: Vaccines against HPV and Meningitis C were administered, with an average of 850 and 700 doses, respectively. The integration of the resident nurse in this scenario was very effective, allowing the resident to experience, in practice, one of the programs of the Unified Health System. Conclusion: In this way, the integration of teaching-service in the residence represents an important instrument for the construction and exchange of knowledge between residents and professionals who work in the fields of practice, as it enables innovative experiences in the teaching-learning process and, consequently, in quality professional training, which will directly impact on improving the quality of care. |

Metodología: Se trata de un estudio descriptivo con enfoque cualitativo, como relato de experiencia, vivido durante las actividades del Programa de Residencia Multiprofesional en Atención Clínica Integrada, Universidad Federal de Pará, en una campaña de vacunación en escuelas de un Distrito de Salud, a partir de febrero a mayo de 2019. Resultados: Se administraron vacunas contra VPH y Meningitis C, con un promedio de 850 y 700 dosis, respectivamente. La integración del enfermero residente en este escenario fue bastante efectiva, permitiendo al residente vivir en la práctica uno de los programas del Sistema Único de Salud. Conclusión: De esta manera, la integración docente-servicio, en la residencia, representa un importante instrumento para la construcción e intercambio de conocimientos entre residentes y profesionales que trabajan en los campos de práctica, ya que posibilita experiencias innovadoras en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y, en consecuencia, en la calidad de la formación profesional, lo que incidirá directamente en la mejora de la calidad de la atención.O objetivo do presente artigo é descrever a integração ensino-serviço vivenciada por enfermeira residente durante a campanha de vacina nas escolas, no município de Belém-PA. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa do tipo relato de experiência, vivenciada durante as atividades do Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Atenção à Clínica Integrada, Universidade Federal do Pará, em campanha de vacina nas escolas de um Distrito de Saúde, no período de fevereiro a maio de 2019. Resultados: Foram administradas vacinas contra o HPV e Meningite C, em média de 850 e 700 doses, respectivamente. A integração do enfermeiro residente neste cenário foi bastante efetiva, proporcionando ao residente vivenciar na prática, um dos programas do Sistema Único de Saúde.
