Normal High School: Practices Based on Experimentation, Scientific Literacy and Active Methodologies for Science Teaching

Resumo: The present work presents the cut of a Master's dissertation, developed in the Graduate Program in Teaching Exact Sciences - PPGECE, of the University of Vale do Taquari - Univates. Therefore, this paper aims to approach a practice developed with students from two third year classes of Normal High School, from a public school in the State of Rio Grande do Sul. During the practice, we approach concepts related to Experimentation, Scientific Literacy and Active Methodologies, for Science Teaching in the Initial Years of Elementary School. The methodology used was based on the concepts of qualitative research with approaches to the case study. We can see, among the results found, that students and future teachers established relationships between the terms studied, in addition to experiencing a practice based on Active Methodologies (Inverted Classroom), favoring curiosity, creativity and group work.

Por lo tanto, este artículo tiene como objetivo abordar una práctica desarrollada con estudiantes de dos clases de tercer año de la Enseñanza Media Normal, de una escuela pública en el Estado de Rio Grande do Sul. Durante la práctica abordamos conceptos relacionados con la Experimentación, Alfabetización Científica y Metodologías Activas, para la Enseñanza de las Ciencias en los Años Iniciales de la Enseñanza Básica. La metodología utilizada se basó en los conceptos de investigación cualitativa con enfoques de estudio de caso. Podemos ver, entre los resultados encontrados, que los estudiantes y futuros docentes establecieron relaciones entre los términos estudiados, además de experimentar una práctica basada en Metodologías Activas (Aula Invertida), favoreciendo la curiosidad, la creatividad y el trabajo en grupo.O presente trabalho apresenta o recorte de uma dissertação de Mestrado, desenvolvida no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ensino de Ciências Exatas – PPGECE, da Universidade do Vale do Taquari – Univates. Para tanto, este tem como objetivo abordar uma prática desenvolvida com estudantes de duas turma de terceiro ano do Ensino Médio Normal, de uma escola da rede pública Estadual de ensino do Rio Grande do Sul. No decorrer da prática abordamos conceitos relacionados com a Experimentação, a Alfabetização Científica e as Metodologias Ativas, para o Ensino de Ciências nos Anos Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. A metodologia utilizada teve como abordagem os conceitos da pesquisa qualitativa com aproximações ao estudo de caso.
