Resumo: The article aims to present an analysis of the conceptions of the members of the Student Support Network about the demands presented by the students and the organization of the work with the Farroupilha Federal Institute – São Vicente do Sul Campus (IFFar-SVS). For this, we opted for the qualitative approach through field and documentary research. Field research was done by sampling among IFFar-SVS professionals who are part of the Network, and data collection was carried out in 2017 through semi-structured interviews. In documentary research, IFFar-SVS's institutional documents were used. After analyzing the data, it was realized that the professionals understand that in face of the complexity that involves the demands, the integrated work achieves a greater effectiveness in the mediation or resolution of the situations and in this way contributes to the learning process of the students. Therefore, it is believed that the main contribution of the study was to highlight, through interviews analysis, the meaning of interdisciplinary work as an exchange and cooperation of knowledge to understand and carry out actions that promote important resolutions to the needs of students as subjects of their story.

Para eso, se ha optado por el enfoque cualitativo, por medio de investigación de campo y documental. La investigación de campo fue realizada por muestreo entre los profesionales del IFFar-SVS que forman parte de la Red, la recolección de datos ha sido realizada en el año de 2017 por medio de entrevistas semiestructuradas. La investigación documental se utilizó de los documentos institucionales del IFFar-SVS. Tras análisis de los datos se percibió que los profesionales comprenden que delante de la complejidad que involucra las demandas, el trabajo integrado alcanza una mayor efectividad en la mediación o resolución de las situaciones y de esta forma contribuye para el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Por tanto, se cree quela principal contribución del estudio fue evidenciar, por medio de los análisis de las entrevistas, el significado del trabajo interdisciplinar como intercambio y cooperación de saberes para entendimiento y realización de acciones que promuevan resoluciones importantes a las necesidades de los estudiantes como sujetos de su historia.O artigo objetiva apresentar uma análise das concepções dos integrantes da Rede de Apoio aos Estudantes sobre as demandas apresentadas pelos estudantes e a organização do trabalho junto ao Instituto Federal Farroupilha – Campus São Vicente do Sul (IFFar-SVS). Para tanto, optou-se pela abordagem qualitativa, por meio de pesquisa de campo e documental. A pesquisa de campo foi realizada por amostragem entre os profissionais do IFFar-SVS que fazem parte da Rede, sendo a coleta de dados realizada no ano de 2017 por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas. Na pesquisa documental utilizou-se dos documentos institucionais do IFFar-SVS. Após análise dos dados percebeu-se que os profissionais compreendem que diante da complexidade que envolve as demandas, o trabalho integrado alcança uma maior efetividade na mediação ou resolução das situações e desta forma contribui para o processo de aprendizagem dos estudantes.
