Resumo: This study has as research object how and the caesa indicators according to the Robson Classification. Currently, it has been treated as a phenomenon that requires numerous medical interventions that underestimate the role of women and this medical culture is biased by its medical culture and is taken by the fear of this unknown and mystified event. According to the World Health Organization there is no justification for figures above 1-15% of all independent items in the region. This is a descriptive cross-sectional study with a comprehensive approach. The study was carried out in two reference maternity hospitals for high-risk pregnant women in the state of Alagoas. During the period from August 2019 to August 2020, 3131 births in both maternity hospitals, of these 2098 (67%) were cesarean deliveries and 1033 (32.9%) were vaginal deliveries. After analyzing the data, it was possible to identify which groups had the highest composition, which were respectively 5,2,10. This is important to identify the main factors that are important for these expressive numbers, enabling strategies created to reduce the number of strategies created. Among the initiatives to reduce cesarean rates is the inclusion of midwives/midwives who work during prenatal care, childbirth and the postpartum period.

Among the initiatives to reduce cesarean rates is the inclusion of midwives/midwives who work during prenatal care, childbirth and the postpartum period. Research, Society and Development2022-04-07info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/2827210.33448/rsd-v11i5.28272Research, Society and Development; Vol. 11 No. 5; e30311528272Research, Society and Development; Vol. 11 Núm. 5; e30311528272Research, Society and Development; v. 11 n. 5; e303115282722525-3409reponame:Research, Society and Developmentinstname:Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)instacron:UNIFEIporhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/28272/24582Copyright (c) 2022 Luana Carla Gonçalves Brandão Santos Almeida; Lavínia Helena Rufino da Silva ; Maria Elisangela Torres de Lima Sanches ; Patrícia Maria da Silva Rodrigues; Sandra Taveiros de Araújo; Marinnara Danielly Batista Porfirio Silva; Ericássia Vanessa da Silva Albuquerque; Núbia Vanessa da Silva Tavares; Anne Caroline Gonçalves Cardoso; Thamires Ribeiro Marques de Mendonça https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAlmeida, Luana Carla Gonçalves Brandão SantosSilva , Lavínia Helena Rufino daSanches , Maria Elisangela Torres de LimaRodrigues, Patrícia Maria da SilvaAraújo, Sandra Taveiros deSilva, Marinnara Danielly Batista Porfirio Albuquerque, Ericássia Vanessa da SilvaTavares, Núbia Vanessa da Silva Cardoso, Anne Caroline GonçalvesMendonça , Thamires Ribeiro Marques de2022-04-17T18:18:56Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/28272Revistahttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/indexPUBhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/oairsd.articles@gmail.com2525-34092525-3409opendoar:2024-01-17T09:45:43.842574Research, Society and Development - Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)false
