In vitro, in vivo and in sílico studies of alkaloids against Giardia Lamblia

Resumo: The In Silico technique selects and optimizes the choice of the best processes in a matrix of interest, while the In Vitro study is performed in Petri dishes with cell cultures. The In Vivo study provides the measurement of the effects of the species to be studied. In this case, the alkaloid will be injected both in cell cultures and in in vivo studies, to indicate toxicity, efficiency and its subsequent effects. Alkaloids or other types of compounds that generate drugs will be analyzed. Alkaloids are secondary metabolites that are characterized by being a cyclic structure with nitrogen and free electrons, being very reactive and presenting applications in the pharmaceutical and medicinal areas. Giardia Lamblia is a pathogenic protozoan whose transmission is through contaminated water and food, being responsible for the disease giardiasis, which has some symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea and causes millions of deaths per year worldwide.

El estudio In Vivo proporciona la medición de los efectos de las especies a estudiar. En este caso, el alcaloide se inyectará tanto en cultivos celulares como en estudios in vivo, para indicar toxicidad, eficacia y sus efectos posteriores. Se analizarán alcaloides u otro tipo de compuestos que generen drogas. Los alcaloides son metabolitos secundarios que se caracterizan por ser una estructura cíclica con nitrógeno y electrones libres, siendo muy reactivos y presentando aplicaciones en las áreas farmacéutica y medicinal. Giardia Lamblia es un protozoario patógeno cuya transmisión es a través de agua y alimentos contaminados, siendo el responsable de la enfermedad giardiasis, que presenta algunos síntomas como dolor abdominal, diarrea y causa millones de muertes al año en todo el mundo.A técnica In Silico seleciona e otimiza a escolha dos melhores processos em uma matriz de interesse, já o estudo In Vitro é realizado em placas de Petri com culturas celulares. O estudo In Vivo proporciona  mensurar os efeitos da espécie a ser estudada. Neste caso, o alcalóide será injetado tanto nas culturas celulares como nos estudos in vivo, para indicar toxicidade, eficiência e seus efeitos posteriores. Serão analisados alcalóides ou outros tipos de compostos que geram fármacos. Os alcalóides são metabólitos secundários que se caracterizam por serem uma estrutura cíclica com nitrogênio e par de elétrons livres, sendo muito reativos e apresentando aplicações nas áreas farmacêuticas e medicinais.
