Resumo: Nursing presents care as a pillar of the profession, which can be developed both in illness and in health, for the promotion or assistance of the assisted person. When viewing health work, we realize that the act of caring for life, in general and for others, is the result of health production. Thus, the object of work of the health professional is the health needs of users, both collectively and individually. This need for care, when influenced by the health professional, has a healthy life as a product, as well as the quality of life of individuals. This work seeks to reflect on the ecosystemic perspective on the organization of nursing work and its relationship with quality of life. This is a reflective, descriptive study. It is essential to carry out and implement the organization of work with a view to well-being, enabling quality of life for health professionals in their given space – environment – ​​territory.

Al ver el trabajo en salud, nos damos cuenta de que el acto de cuidar la vida, en general y la de los demás, es el resultado de la producción de salud. Así, el objeto de trabajo del profesional de la salud son las necesidades de salud de los usuarios, tanto colectiva como individualmente. Esa necesidad de cuidado, cuando influenciada por el profesional de la salud, tiene como producto la vida sana, así como la calidad de vida de los individuos. Este trabajo busca reflexionar sobre la perspectiva ecosistémica sobre la organización del trabajo de enfermería y su relación con la calidad de vida. Se trata de un estudio reflexivo, descriptivo. Es fundamental realizar e implementar la organización del trabajo con miras al bienestar, posibilitando la calidad de vida de los profesionales de la salud en su determinado espacio – ambiente – territorio.A enfermagem apresenta como pilar da profissão o cuidado, o qual pode ser desenvolvido tanto na doença como na saúde, para promoção ou assistência da pessoa assistida. Ao visualizar o trabalho em saúde, percebemos que o ato de cuidar da vida, em geral e de outros, é o resultado da produção em saúde. Assim o objeto de trabalho do profissional de saúde é a necessidade de saúde dos usuários tanto no coletivo como no individual. Essa necessidade de cuidado ao sofrer a influência do profissional de saúde, tem como produto a vida saudável, bem como a qualidade de vida dos indivíduos. Este trabalho busca refletir na perspectiva ecossistêmica sobre a organização do trabalho da Enfermagem e sua relação com a qualidade de vida. Trata-se de um estudo reflexivo, de caráter descritivo.
