Incidence of psychosocial problems in the multidisciplinary team of a hospital in the Amazon region in a pandemic scenario of the COVID-19

Resumo: Psychosocial problems originate from daily wear and tear, either in social life or in the work environment with the possibility of being harmful factors to mental health, in a pandemic scenario, these cases tend to increase in health professionals. In 2020, the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a pandemic. Thus, health professionals suffer an immense psychological pressure, and with this there is an increase in the rates of disease s, because the work environment at the hospital level requires high rational and physical commitment. The aim of this study was to identify psychosocial problems in the multidisciplinary team working at the Tucuruí-Pa Municipal Hospital in a pandemic scenario. It’s a descriptive research with quantitative approach, had as target population 37 health professionals, and the instrument of data collection was an online questionnaire adapted on the Google Forms platform®, the Depression Anxiety Anxiety Scale (DASS-21, demonstrating a percentage of 64.86% with extreme anxiety and 10.81% with severe anxiety, for cases of depression it was possible to identify 54.05% with depression presenting in the extreme form, and in the severe form 8.11%, for cases of stress 48.65% with extreme stress and 10.81% with severe stress, demonstrating a high rate of anxiety, depression and stress in these professionals, being urgent a new look at the RAPS (Psychosocial Care Network) that welcome this population that is a user of the SUS.

En 2020, la Organización Mundial de la Salud declaró pandemia al COVID-19. Así, los profesionales de la salud sufren una inmensa presión psicológica, y con ello se produce un aumento en las tasas de enfermedad, pues el ambiente de trabajo a nivel hospitalario requiere un alto compromiso racional y físico. El objetivo de este estudio fue identificar problemas psicosociales en el equipo multidisciplinario que trabaja en el Hospital Municipal de Tucuruí-Pa en un escenario de pandemia.  Es una investigación descriptiva con enfoque cuantitativo, tuvo como población objetivo a 37 profesionales de la salud, y el instrumento de recolección de datos fue un cuestionario en línea adaptado en la plataforma® Google Forms, la Escala de Ansiedad por Depresión (DASS-21), demostrando un porcentaje de 64.86% con ansiedad extrema y 10.81% con ansiedad severa, para casos de depresión fue posible identificar El 54,05% con depresión se presenta en la forma extrema, y en la forma severa el 8,11%, para los casos de estrés el 48,65% con estrés extremo y el 10,81% con estrés severo, demostrando una alta tasa de ansiedad, depresión y estrés en estos profesionales, siendo urgente una nueva mirada a la RAPS (Red de Atención Psicosocial) que acogen a esta población que es usuaria del SUS.Agravos psicossociais tem origem a partir de desgastes cotidianos, seja no convívio social ou no ambiente de trabalho com a possibilidade de serem fatores nocivos à saúde mental, em cenário de pandemia esses casos tendem a aumentar em profissionais de saúde. Em 2020, a Organização Mundial de Saúde declarou a COVID-19 como pandemia. Desse modo, os profissionais de saúde sofrem uma imensa pressão psicológica, e com isso há um aumento nos índices de doenças, pois o ambiente de trabalho a nível hospitalar exige alto comprometimento racional e físico. O objetivo do estudo foi identificar agravos psicossociais na equipe multidisciplinar que labora no Hospital Municipal de Tucuruí-Pa em cenário de pandemia.
