The construction of demand and professional interaction in educational actions at School Health Program

Resumo: | The government action is necessary through public health policies to integrate health and education. This study aimed to identify which aspects are taken into account for the construction of the demand of educational practices for the prevention of Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome HIV/AIDS carried out by School health program (PSE) with students from a public school, and how is the involvement of health and education professionals in this process. This is a qualitative descriptive-exploratory study where semi-structured interviews were conducted with six professionals of a Health Strategy Team family and observation of teaching practices with students were held. For the planning of educational practices the experience of community health worker in the community serves as support for actions in school, as well as the knowledge of the epidemiological situation of HIV/AIDS in the city and the context of students. It was evident that the nurse has a supporting role in the actions that the team working on the PSE realizes the important participation of teachers, however, they point to the insecurity in teachers to address the issue HIV/AIDS. Knowledge of the issues presented, makes it possible to problematize them and be thoughtful alternative to overcome evidence as emerging from this research, since they can be vulnerable producers in the context of educational practices. |

El objetivo fue identificar qué aspectos se tienen en cuenta para la construcción de la demanda de prácticas educativas para la prevención del Virus de inmunodeficiencia humana/Síndrome de inmunodeficiencia adquirida VIH/SIDA llevada a cabo, a través del Programa de Salaud Escolar (PSE),con estudiantes de una escuela pública, y cómo la participación de profesionales de la salud y educación en este proceso.Este es un estudio cualitativo descriptivo-exploratorio donde se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas con seis profesionales de un equipo de Estrategia de Salud Familiar y observación de prácticas educativas con estudiantes. Para la planificación de prácticas y acciones educativas, la experiencia del agente de salud comunitario en la comunidad sirve como un subsidio, así como el conocimiento sobre el escenario epidemiológico del VIH/SIDA en el municipio y el contexto de los estudiantes. Se evidenció que la enfermera tiene un papel de apoyo en las acciones y que el equipo que trabaja en el PSE percibe la importancia de la participación de los maestros, sin embargo, señalan la inseguridad de los maestros para abordar el tema del VIH/SIDA. El conocimiento de las preguntas presentadas permite problematizarlas y pensar en alternativas para superar la evidencia como las que surgieron en esta investigación, ya que pueden ser productores de vulnerabilidad en el contexto de las prácticas educativas.Se faz necessário a atuação do Estado por meio de políticas públicas de saúde para integrar Saúde e Educação. Objetivou-se identificar quais aspectos são levados em conta para a construção da demanda das práticas educativas para a prevenção do Vírus da Imunodeficiência Humana/Síndrome da Imunodeficiência Adquirida HIV/AIDS realizadas, através do Programa Saúde na Escola (PSE), com estudantes de uma escola pública, e como se dá o envolvimento dos profissionais da saúde e da educação nesse processo. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo-exploratório de natureza qualitativa onde foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com seis profissionais de uma equipe de Estratégia de Saúde da Família e observação das práticas educativas com os estudantes. Para o planejamento das práticas e ações educativas a vivência do agente comunitário de saúde na comunidade serve como subsídio, assim como, o conhecimento sobre o cenário epidemiológico do HIV/AIDS no município e o contexto dos estudantes. Evidenciou-se que o enfermeiro apresenta um papel de coadjuvante nas ações e que a equipe que atua no PSE percebe a importante da participação dos professores, porém, os mesmos apontam a insegurança nos professores para abordar o tema HIV/AIDS.
