Resumo: Objectives: To analyze the stress that the nursing team suffered on the front line in the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: This is an integrative review carried out in October 2021, in the following databases: Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online and Nursing Database. The searches were carried out using the Health Sciences Descriptors from the Regional Library of Medicine: Nursing, occupational stress, stress and Covid-19, with the help of the Boolean operators “AND” and “OR”. Results/Discussion: As results of the search in the databases, 17 studies were identified, which were discussed for analysis purposes, whose results were grouped and discussed in thematic categories, namely: factors associated with stress in nursing professionals in line with front of Covid-19 and mechanisms for reducing stressors in frontline Covid-19 professionals. Conclusion: The studies show a high rate of psychic alterations and physical exhaustion of these professionals who deal with Covid-19, and its challenges, practical techniques in the face of a global disaster, in which fear prevails causing psychological changes.

Método: Se trata de una revisión integradora realizada en octubre de 2021, en las siguientes bases de datos: Literatura Latinoamericana y del Caribe en Ciencias de la Salud, Sistema de Análisis y Recuperación de Literatura Médica en Línea y Base de Datos de Enfermería. Las búsquedas se realizaron utilizando los Descriptores de Ciencias de la Salud de la Biblioteca Regional de Medicina: Enfermería, estrés laboral, estrés y Covid-19, con la ayuda de los operadores booleanos “AND” y “OR”. Resultados/Discusión: Como resultados de la búsqueda en las bases de datos, se identificaron 17 estudios, los cuales fueron discutidos con fines de análisis, cuyos resultados fueron agrupados y discutidos en categorías temáticas, a saber: factores asociados al estrés en profesionales de enfermería frente al Covid-19 y mecanismos de reducción de estresores en profesionales de primera línea Covid-19. Conclusión: Los estudios muestran un alto índice de alteraciones psíquicas y agotamiento físico de estos profesionales que se ocupan del Covid-19, y sus desafíos, técnicas prácticas ante un desastre global, en el que prevalece el miedo provocando cambios psicológicos.Objetivos: Analisar o estresse que a equipe de enfermagem sofreu na linha de frente na pandemia de Covid-19. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada em outubro de 2021, nas seguintes bases de dados: Literatura Latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online e Base de Dados em Enfermagem. As buscas foram realizadas utilizando os Descritores em Ciências da Saúde da Biblioteca Regional de Medicina: Enfermagem, estresse ocupacional, estresse e Covid-19, com auxílio dos operadores booleanos “AND” e “OR”. Resultados/Discussão: Como resultados da busca nas bases de dados identificaram-se 17 estudos, que foram discutidos para fins de análise, cujos resultados foram agrupados discutidos em categorias temáticas, sendo elas: os fatores associados ao estresse em profissionais de enfermagem em linha de frente da Covid-19 e os mecanismos para redução dos fatores estressantes em profissionais da linha de frente da Covid-19.
