Educational technology as a discharge plan for diabetic pregnant women: content validation

Resumo: This study aims to contribute to the construction of knowledge through the development of a prototype and content validation of a technological resource for the care of diabetic pregnant women using insulin. This is a validation research of an application on insulin use orientation. This process occurred at the Fernando Magalhães Maternity Hospital. The study sample was of the non-probabilistic type, selected by convenience, formed by medical professionals (2) and nurses (8), specialized in obstetrics. Data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire. The answers were organized in a database built in Microsoft Excel and analyzed by the Likert-type rating scale. After compiling the data in a spreadsheet, it was exported to the program R version (4.0.2© 2020-06-22), free software for the elaboration of statistics, where univariate analyses were performed. According to the evaluation of the judges expressed in the statements, it confers the acceptance of the App content, making the application "insugest" suitable for the proposed objectives contributing to the process of health education. As a future work, it is necessary to evaluate the impact of this technology as a resource for the discharge plan of women diagnosed with diabetes.

Esta es una encuesta de validación de una aplicación sobre orientación en el uso de insulina. Este proceso tuvo lugar en la Maternidad Fernando Magalhães. La muestra de estudio fue del tipo no probabilística, seleccionada por conveniencia, conformada por profesionales médicos (2) y enfermeros (8), especialistas en obstetricia. Los datos se recogieron a través de un cuestionario autoadministrado. Las respuestas se organizaron en una base de datos construida en Microsoft Excel y se analizaron mediante la escala de calificación tipo Likert. Después de recopilar los datos en una hoja de cálculo, se exportó al programa versión R (4.0.2© 2020-06-22), software libre para la elaboración de estadísticas, donde se realizaron análisis univariados. Según la evaluación de los jueces expresada en los pronunciamientos, confiere la aceptación del contenido de la App, haciendo que la app “insugest” apta para los objetivos propuestos, contribuyendo al proceso de educación en salud. Como trabajo futuro, se destaca la necesidad de evaluar el impacto de esta tecnología como recurso para el plan de alta de mujeres diagnosticadas con diabetes.Este estudo pretende contribuir para construção de conhecimento por meio da elaboração de um protótipo e validação do conteúdo de um recurso tecnológico para o cuidado às gestantes diabéticas em uso de insulina. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de validação de um aplicativo sobre orientação do uso de insulina. Esse processo ocorreu no Hospital Maternidade Fernando Magalhães. A amostra do estudo foi do tipo não probabilístico, selecionado por conveniência, formado por profissionais médicos (2) e enfermeiros (8), especialistas em obstetrícia. Os dados foram coletados por meio de um questionário de autoaplicação. As respostas foram organizadas em um banco de dados construído no Microsoft Excel e analisadas pela escala de classificação do tipo Likert. Compilado os dados em planilha, essa foi exportada para o programa R version (4.0.2© 2020-06-22), software gratuito para elaboração de estatísticas, onde foram realizadas análises univariadas. De acordo com a avaliação dos julgadores expressa nas declarações, confere a aceitação do conteúdo do App, tornando o aplicativo “insugest” apto aos objetivos propostos contribuindo para processo de educação em saúde.
