Resumo: This work aims to report the experience of the phenomenological interview in the production of data from the doctoral thesis with adult and elderly patients with venous ulcers, supported by the Merleaupontian framework. This is a descriptive research, with a qualitative approach, an experience report type. The field of investigation was the Wound Repair Ambulatory of Hospital Universitário Antônio Pedro. Data collection took place from June to December 2016, using the phenomenological interview instrument. The report points out that the collection of data through the phenomenological interview allowed to experience significant experiences in view of the ontic and ontological dimensions of the participants. In view of the above, it is concluded that the phenomenological interview allows to go to the heart of people's lived experiences, allowing their narration in order to bring to the fore internalized consciousness, which allows the nakedness of each individual's “cogito”.

Esta es una investigación descriptiva, con un enfoque cualitativo, un tipo de informe de experiencia. El campo de investigación fue el Ambulatorio de Reparación de Heridas del Hospital Universitário Antônio Pedro. La recopilación de datos tuvo lugar de junio a diciembre de 2016, utilizando el instrumento de entrevista fenomenológica. El informe señala que la recopilación de datos a través de la entrevista fenomenológica permitió experimentar experiencias significativas en vista de las dimensiones ontológicas y ontológicas de los participantes. En vista de lo anterior, se concluye que la entrevista fenomenológica permite ir al corazón de las experiencias vividas de las personas, permitiendo su narración para traer a la superficie la conciencia interiorizada, lo que permite la desnudez del "cogito" de cada individuo.Este trabalho tem como objetivo relatar a experiência da entrevista fenomenológica na produção de dados da tese de doutoramento com pacientes adultos e idosos com úlceras venosas, sustentada no referencial merleaupontiano. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, de abordagem qualitativa, do tipo relato de experiência O campo de investigação foi o Ambulatório de Reparo de Feridas do Hospital Universitário Antônio Pedro. A coleta de dados ocorreu de junho a dezembro de 2016, por meio de instrumento da entrevista fenomenológica. O relato aponta que a coleta de dados por intermédio da entrevista fenomenológica permitiu vivenciar experiências significativas frente às dimensões ôntica e ontológica dos participantes.
