Resumo: Constantly in Brazil and around the world, there are several changes of economic and financial nature. As society expands and new financial needs evolve. Given this fact and with the advancement of information technology in the world, credit cooperatives have emerged as tools for economic development, with financial offers, and services with more attractive rates and greater participation of society. This research aims to portray about the financial statements that the Nova Serrana cooperative discloses in its channel and the influence they have on the appointment and loyalty of members. According to bibliographic research the history of cooperativism is rescued, demonstrating how the first credit unions emerged and how important they are today. It highlights the characteristics of credit unions and their differences with other financial institutions, a brief explanation of the financial statements. , relational marketing with the capture and loyalty of members, and finally to answer the problem and achieve the research objective is made an analysis of the perception of the influence of the statements to the member before the cooperative in which he participates. The research is conducted in a credit union of Nova Serrana-MG, through the application of questionnaires that were answered by a sample of members of the cooperative studied, seeking to identify what are the main factors that would lead the indication of the credit union. As a result, we note that the members consider the financial statements important, but demonstrate that for them there are other factors considered more relevant to the loyalty of members.

A medida que la sociedad se expande y las nuevas necesidades financieras evolucionan. Ante este hecho y con el avance de la tecnología de la información en el mundo, las cooperativas de crédito se han convertido en herramientas para el desarrollo económico, con ofertas financieras y servicios con tasas más atractivas y una mayor participación de la sociedad. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo retratar los estados financieros que la cooperativa Nova Serrana revela en su canal y la influencia que tienen en el nombramiento y la lealtad de los miembros. Según la investigación bibliográfica, se rescata la historia del cooperativismo, lo que demuestra cómo surgieron las primeras cooperativas de ahorro y crédito y cuán importantes son hoy. Destaca las características de las cooperativas de crédito y sus diferencias con otras instituciones financieras, una breve explicación de los estados financieros. , marketing relacional con la captura y lealtad de los miembros, y finalmente para responder al problema y lograr el objetivo de la investigación, se realiza un análisis de la percepción de la influencia de las declaraciones al miembro ante la cooperativa en la que participa. La investigación se lleva a cabo en una cooperativa de ahorro y crédito de Nova Serrana-MG, mediante la aplicación de cuestionarios que fueron respondidos por una muestra de miembros de la cooperativa estudiada, buscando identificar cuáles son los principales factores que conducirían a la indicación de la cooperativa de crédito. Como resultado, observamos que los miembros consideran que los estados financieros son importantes, pero demuestran que para ellos hay otros factores considerados más relevantes para la lealtad de los miembros.Constantemente no Brasil e no mundo, ocorrem diversas mudanças de cunho econômico-financeiro. À medida que a sociedade se expande e evoluem novas necessidades de caráter financeiro vão surgindo. Diante deste fato e com o avanço da tecnologia de informação no mundo, as cooperativas de crédito surgiram como ferramentas de desenvolvimento econômico, com ofertas de caráter financeiro, e serviços com taxas mais atrativas e maior participação da sociedade. Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo retratar sobre as demonstrações contábeis que a cooperativa de Nova Serrana divulga em seu canal e a influência que estas exercem na indicação e fidelização de associados. De acordo com pesquisas bibliográficas resgata-se o histórico do cooperativismo, demonstrando como surgiram as primeiras cooperativas de crédito e qual sua importância na atualidade, destaca-se as características das cooperativas de crédito e suas diferenças com outras instituições financeiras, uma breve explicação das demonstrações, o marketing relacional junto a captação e fidelização de associados, e por fim para responder o problema e atingir o objetivo da pesquisa é feita uma análise da percepção da influência das demonstrações para o associado perante a cooperativa da qual participa. A pesquisa é realizada em uma cooperativa de crédito da cidade de Nova Serrana-MG, através da aplicação de questionários que foi respondido por uma amostra de associados da cooperativa estudada, buscando identificar quais são os principais fatores que levariam a indicação da cooperativa de crédito.
