Spatial distribution of fruit fly parasitoids (Diptera: Tephritidae) in comercial plantations in Brazil: a review

Resumo: | Fruit growing is an important sector of Brazilian agribusiness, which contributes to the economy, due to its potential for the production of various fruit trees. In this context, fruit flies have aroused concern, with the release of parasitoids in commercial orchards being common. The objective was to carry out a systematic bibliometric survey of fruit fly parasitoids in the main regions of Brazil, through articles published in journals from 2017 to 2021. The information presented was taken from the Capes Journal Portal, in the period of September 2021 to December 2021, using the keywords: “Fruit flies”, “Parasitoids” and “Biological control”. We found 21 articles in the databases, selecting 13 for this review. Based on the data of the articles found, related to the spatial distribution of parasitoids of fruit flies in commercial plantations in Brazil in the last five years, it demonstrates that the species T. anastrephae, D. areolatus, U. anastrephae parasitize the most of the fruit flies. fruits of the genus Anastrepha and Ceratitis. |

El objetivo fue realizar un levantamiento bibliométrico sistemático de los parasitoides de la mosca de la fruta en las principales regiones de Brasil, a través de artículos publicados en revistas de 2017 a 2021. La información presentada fue tomada del Portal de Revistas Capes, en el período de septiembre de 2021 a diciembre 2021, utilizando las palabras clave: “Moscas de la fruta”, “Parasitoides” y “Control biológico”. Encontramos 21 artículos en las bases de datos, seleccionando 13 para esta revisión. Con base en los datos de los artículos encontrados, relacionados con la distribución espacial de parasitoides de moscas de la fruta en plantaciones comerciales en Brasil en los últimos cinco años, se demuestra que las especies T. anastrephae, D. areolatus, U. anastrephae parasitan la mayor parte de las moscas de la fruta frutos del género Anastrepha y Ceratitis. A fruticultura é um setor importante do agronegócio brasileiro, que contribui para a economia, devido seu potencial para produção de diversas frutíferas. Neste contexto, as moscas-das-frutas têm despertado preocupação, sendo comum a liberação de parasitoides nos pomares comerciais. Objetivou-se realizar o levantamento bibliometrico sistemático dos parasitoides de moscas-das-frutas nas principais regiões do Brasil, através de artigos publicados em periódicos no período de 2017 a 2021. As informações apresentadas foram retiradas do Portal de Periódicos da Capes, no período de setembro de 2021 a dezembro de 2021, usando as palavras chaves: “Moscas-das-frutas”, "Parasitoides" e “Controle biológico”. Foram encontrados, 21 artigos nas bases de dados, selecionando 13 para esta revisão.
