Resumo: The soybean crop is increasing due to the presence of phytomatoides. Based on this, the objective of this research is to identify and analyze the occurrence of nematodes in soybean crop under the effect of soil physical and chemical characteristics. The study was conducted in two areas with soybean plantation at Olhos D' Água Farm, Ceres-Goiás. After collection, the samples were taken to the laboratory, starting the physical, chemical and nematological analyzes of soil samples from the area. For the extraction process of nematodes, the methods of fluctuation-sedimentation and sieving were used followed by the technique of clarifying the samples. After the analysis and extraction processes, the samples were taken to the microscopy laboratory, starting the identification and quantification of nematodes. The data obtained were submitted to the Main Component Analysis (PCA) method, with the help of the Past software. The presence of four different genera of nematodes, Pratylenchus spp., Helicotylenchus spp., Meloidogyne spp. and Heterodera spp.

En base a esto, el objetivo de esta investigación es identificar y analizar la ocurrencia de nematodos en el cultivo de soja bajo el efecto de las características físicas y químicas del suelo. El estudio se llevó a cabo en dos áreas con plantación de soja en la Granja Olhos d’Água, Ceres-Goiás. Después de la recolección, las muestras fueron llevadas al laboratorio, iniciando los análisis físicos, químicos y nematológicos de las muetras de suelo de la zona. Para el proceso de extracción de nematodos, se utilizaron los métodos de sedimentación flotante y tamiz, seguidos de la técnica de clarificación de muestreo. Después de los procesos de análisis y extracción, las muestras fueron llevadas al laboratorio de microscopía, iniciando la identificación y cuantificación de nematodos. Los datos obtenidos se sometieron al método de Análisis de Componentes Principales (PCA), con la ayuda del software anterior. La presencia de cuatro géneros diferentes de nematodos, Pratylenchus spp., Helicotylenchus spp., Meloidogyne spp. y Heterodera spp.São cada vez maiores os prejuízos a cultura da soja em decorrência da presença de fitonematoides. A partir disso é objetivo desta pesquisa identificar e analisar a ocorrência de nematoides na cultura da soja sob efeito das características físicas e químicas do solo. O trabalho foi conduzido em duas áreas com plantio de soja na Fazenda Olhos D’ Água, Município de Ceres- Goiás. Após a coleta, as amostras foram levadas para o laboratório, dando início as análises físicas, químicas e nematológicas de amostras do solo da área. Para o processo de extração dos nematoides se utilizou os métodos de flutuação-sedimentação e peneiramento seguido da técnica de clarificar as amostras. Após os processos de análise e extração, as amostras foram levadas ao laboratório de microscopia, dando início a identificação e quantificação dos nematoides. Os dados obtidos foram submetidos ao método de Análise dos Componentes Principais (PCA), com ajuda do software Past.
