People management in primary health care: Visions and practices

Resumo: The management of people in primary health care, in addition to developing joint work that includes all the existing human resources in that place, seeks to organize visions which may involve protection, promotion, diagnosis, among other intervention factors, promoting comprehensive care in health care in practice. In this context, the aforementioned work has the general objective of understanding the views and practices of people management in primary health care. Thus, the methodology used corresponded to the integrative review method in order to promote the inclusion of authors who research on people management in primary health care, with works published from 2019 to 2022 on digital scientific platforms. Thus, analyzing what the authors listed on the subject, it was observed the positive points regarding the management of people linked to the field of primary health care as a way to streamline, innovate and enhance practical visions which can provide better results in activities that may be consistent with the local reality, and with that, people management needs to seek ways to motivate health professionals so that the team works to maintain patient safety, in addition to providing quality services. Through what was described throughout the article, it was concluded that people management provides guidance in primary health care in the creation of practical visions which can bring organizational changes, in addition to improving new intervention techniques in the health area.

Así, la metodología utilizada correspondió al método de revisión integradora con el fin de promover la inclusión de autores que investigan sobre gestión de personas en la atención primaria de salud, con trabajos publicados entre 2019 y 2022 en plataformas científicas digitales. Así, analizando lo enumerado por los autores sobre el tema, se observaron los puntos positivos en cuanto a la gestión de personas vinculadas al campo de la atención primaria de salud como una forma de agilizar, innovar y potenciar visiones prácticas que puedan brindar mejores resultados en las actividades que puedan ser coherente con la realidad local, y con eso, la gestión de personas necesita buscar formas de motivar a los profesionales de la salud para que el equipo trabaje para mantener la seguridad del paciente, además de brindar servicios de calidad. A través de lo descrito a lo largo del artículo, se concluyó que la gestión de personas orienta en la atención primaria de salud en la creación de visiones prácticas que pueden traer cambios organizacionales, además de mejorar nuevas técnicas de intervención en el área de la salud.A gestão de pessoas na atenção primária à saúde, além de desenvolver trabalhos em conjuntos que contemplem todo o recurso humano existente naquele local, busca organizar visões a qual possa envolver proteção, promoção, diagnóstico dentre outros fatores interventivos. Nesse contexto, o referido trabalho possui como objetivo geral compreender as visões e práticas da gestão de pessoas na atenção primária à saúde. Dessa forma, a metodologia utilizada correspondeu ao método de revisão integrativa com o intuito de promover a inserção de autores que pesquisam sobre gestão de pessoas na atenção primária à saúde, com trabalhos publicados no período de 2019 a 2022 em plataformas científicas digitais. Assim, fazendo análise do que os autores elencaram sobre a temática, observou-se os pontos positivos referentes a gestão de pessoas ligadas ao campo de atenção primária à saúde como forma de dinamizar, inovar e potencializar a visões práticas a qual possa fornecer melhores resultados em atividades que possam ser condizentes com a realidade local, e com isso, a gestão de pessoas precisa buscar formas de motivar os profissionais de saúde para que a equipe trabalhe na manutenção da segurança do paciente, além de fornecer qualidade nos serviços prestados.
