Resumo: | This text addresses the theme collaboration scheme in education. Its purpose is to express how the meaning and nature of the collaboration regime in the field of contemporary education has been constructed. For its systematization, it is anchored methodologically in literature review and analysis of norms and documents produced in distinct management spaces: in the Legislative Branch (Federal Constitution of 1988, National Education and Guidelines Directive 1996, National Education Plan (2014-2024) and Draft Laws), in the Executive (Ministry of Education) and in spaces designated for the democratic management of education (National Council of Education and National Conferences of Education). As results, it works with the hypothesis that it is a thesis of a good part of the public schoolers, universal, free, secular, emancipatory and of socially referenced quality in the working class that is in the system of collaboration that national education takes its meaning systemic. However, he concludes that it is not possible to conceal the emergence of the contradiction reinforced by the state model after the reform in the 1990s, and anchored in the capitalist mode of production. |

Su objetivo es expresar cómo se ha construido el sentido y la naturaleza del régimen de colaboración en el campo de la educación en la contemporaneidad. Para su sistematización, se ancla metodológicamente en revisión de literatura y análisis de normas y documentos producidos en espacios distintos de gestión: en el Poder Legislativo (Constitución Federal de 1988, Ley de Directrices y Bases de la Educación Nacional de 1996, Plan Nacional de Educación (2014-2024) y Proyectos de Ley), en el Ejecutivo (Ministerio de Educación) y en espacios designados para la gestión democrática de la educación (Consejo Nacional de Educación y Conferencias Nacionales de Educación). Como resultados, trabaja con la hipótesis de que es una tesis de buena parte de los defensores de la escuela pública, universal, gratuita, laica, emancipatoria y de calidad referenciada socialmente en la clase trabajadora que es en el régimen de colaboración que la educación nacional toma su sentido sistémico. Sin embargo, concluye que no es posible disimular la emergencia de la contradicción reforzada por el modelo de Estado tras la reforma en los años 1990, y anclada en el modo de producción capitalista.Este texto aborda o tema regime de colaboração na educação. Seu objetivo é expressar como tem sido construído o sentido e a natureza do regime de colaboração no campo da educação na contemporaneidade. Para a sua sistematização, ancora-se metodologicamente em revisão de literatura e análise de normas e documentos produzidos em espaços distintos de gestão: no Poder Legislativo (Constituição Federal de 1988, Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional de 1996, Plano Nacional de Educação (2014-2024) e Projetos de Lei), no Executivo (Ministério da Educação) e em espaços designados para a gestão democrática da educação (Conselho Nacional de Educação e Conferências Nacionais de Educação). Como resultados, trabalha com a hipótese de que é uma tese de boa parte dos defensores da escola pública, universal, gratuita, laica, emancipatória e de qualidade referenciada socialmente na classe trabalhadora que é no regime de colaboração que a educação nacional toma o seu sentido sistêmico.
