Resumo: The supervised internship is the union of theoretical and practical knowledge as a way of developing skills for working in the professional field. Thus, the present study aims to describe the perception of students from the Instituto Educacional Santa Catarina- Faculdade Guaraí (IESC-FAG) in the health area about supervised internships. This is a descriptive research, with quantitative analysis. Analyzing the 82 responses obtained through the online questionnaire, it is clear that most of the participants did not feel completely prepared for the beginning of the supervised internships, where they felt nervous and anxious for the moment. However, the questioning about the indispensability of the internship occurred with predominance among them. With this, the research results were very diversified, since the academics of the different courses gave different answers through positive and/or negative points, where it is observed that supervised internships are indispensable, so that there is the best use of professional practice.

Así, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo describir la percepción de los estudiantes del Instituto Educacional Santa Catarina- Faculdade Guaraí (IESC-FAG) del área de la salud sobre las prácticas supervisadas. Se trata de una investigación descriptiva, con análisis cuantitativo. Analizando las 82 respuestas obtenidas a través del cuestionario en línea, es claro que la mayoría de los participantes no se sintieron completamente preparados para el inicio de las prácticas supervisadas, donde se sintieron nerviosos y ansiosos por el momento. Sin embargo, el cuestionamiento sobre la indispensabilidad de la pasantía ocurrió con predominio entre ellos. Con esto, los resultados de la investigación fueron muy diversificados, ya que los académicos de los diferentes cursos dieron diferentes respuestas a través de puntos positivos y/o negativos, donde se observa que las pasantías supervisadas son indispensables, para que exista el mejor aprovechamiento de la práctica profesional.O estágio supervisionado é a união dos conhecimentos teóricos e práticos como forma de desenvolvimento das habilidades para atuação no âmbito profissional. Assim o presente estudo tem como objetivo descrever a percepção dos discentes do Instituto Educacional Santa Catarina- Faculdade Guaraí (IESC-FAG) da área da saúde acerca dos estágios supervisionados. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, com análise quantitativa. Analisando as 82 respostas obtidas através do questionário online realizado, é notório que grande parte dos participantes não se sentiam completamente preparados para o início dos estágios supervisionados, onde os mesmos se sentiram nervosos e ansiosos para o momento. Contudo, o questionamento quanto a indispensabilidade do estágio ocorreu com predominância entre os mesmos.
