Resumo: The teaching practice is a complex task which requires planning, zeal for the profession, ethics and commitment. This article aims to report the experience of students at masters level of the Graduate Program in Health and Community of the Federal University of Piauí as teachers in the discipline of Nursing and health care praxis for nurses of the Multiprofessional Residency in Family Health / Primary Care , in the year of  2018, in a Federal University of the coast of Piauí. It focuses also on the experience of students at masters level with the discipline Didactics offered by the Graduate Program in Health and Community. The methodology applied in this study is a qualitative, descriptive study of the type experience report. During the classes taught by the teachers were held group dynamics, the presentation of the course and the evaluation methods, hopscotch, discussion of scientific article, expository presentation of lessons through slides, questioning the content through text, presentation of the ideas box, evaluation of the discipline. The pieces of information from the experience report were collected through the teachers' classes and field diaries. The results of this study showed that the teaching practice requires the search for new teaching methodologies that provide a critical eye at the reality, transforming it. It is understood that, through this experience, the attitude assumed by the teachers was to mediate the learning process, since they instigated the student to "learn to learn", which contributed considerably to the production of knowledge by students and for the teachers.

Este artículo tiene como objetivo informar la experiencia de los estudiantes de maestría del Programa de Posgrado en Salud y Comunidad de la Universidad Federal de Piauí como maestros en la disciplina de Enfermería y la praxis de atención médica, para enfermeras de la Residencia de Salud Familiar / Atención Primaria Multiprofesional , en 2018, en una Universidad Federal de la costa del Piauí. También se centra en la experiencia de los estudiantes de maestría con la disciplina de Didáctica que el Programa de Postgrado en Salud y Comunidad ofrece. La metodología aplicada en este estudio es un estudio cualitativo, descriptivo del informe de experiencia tipo. En las clases impartidas por los docentes se llevaron a cabo dinámicas de grupo, presentación de la disciplina y métodos de evaluación, juego de rayuela, discusión de artículos científicos, presentación de conferencias a través de diapositivas, problematización de contenido a través de texto, presentación de la caja de ideas, evaluación de la disciplina. La información del relato de experiencia se recopiló a través de los diarios de clase de los maestros y los diarios de campo. Los resultados de este estudio mostraron que la práctica docente requiere la búsqueda de nuevas metodologías de enseñanza que brinden una mirada crítica a la realidad, transformándola. Se entiende que, por medio de esta experiencia, la actitud adoptada por los docentes fue mediadora del proceso de aprendizaje, ya que instigaban al alumno a "aprender a aprender", lo que contribuyó considerablemente a la producción de conocimiento por parte de los alumnos y para los professores.A prática docente constitui tarefa complexa, que necessita de planejamento, zelo pela profissão, ética e comprometimento. Este artigo tem por objetivo relatar a vivência de mestrandas do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Saúde e Comunidade da Universidade Federal do Piauí como docentes na disciplina de Enfermagem e práxis de cuidado em saúde, para enfermeiros da Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde da Família/Atenção Básica, no ano de 2018, em uma Universidade Federal do litoral do Piauí. Centra-se, também, na vivência das mestrandas com a disciplina de Didática ofertada pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Saúde e Comunidade. A metodologia aplicada, nesse estudo, trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência. Nas aulas ministradas pelas docentes foram realizadas dinâmicas de grupo, apresentação da disciplina e dos métodos de avaliação, jogo da amarelinha, discussão de artigo científico, apresentação expositiva das aulas mediante slides, problematização do conteúdo por intermédio de texto, apresentação da caixa de ideias, avaliação da disciplina. As informações do relato de experiência foram colhidos por meio dos diários de classes e diários de campo das docentes. Os resultados deste estudo evidenciaram que a práxis docente exige a busca de novas metodologias de ensino que proporcionem o olhar crítico sobre a realidade, transformando-a.
