Resumo: The knowledge acquired during the undergraduate nutrition course can impact the eating behavior and perception of the body image of its students, so the objective of the research was to evaluate the nutritional status, eating attitudes and identify their body perception in undergraduates of the course. of nutrition, being a descriptive, transversal, epidemiological-nutritional and behavioral research, with data collection from a form containing socioeconomic data, Food Attitudes Scale (EAAT) and Silhouette Scale. Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS online version, considering p<0.05. A total of 83 university students aged between 21 and 23 years old participated in the research, being 97.6% single and 83% without associated work activity. Eutrophy prevailed in 67.5% regardless of the semester of the course, however, overweight was more prevalent in students in the intermediate semesters 31.8% and 29.7% in the final semesters, and obesity in the initial semesters 4.1%. As for their body weight, 40.8% were dissatisfied. The students from the initial and intermediate semesters presented disordered eating with an EAAT score higher than the general average (67.7) and all the subscales analyzed were altered. Weight and body image were a concern present in nutrition students, indicating a desire to adapt to the standards established by society, associated with a dysfunctional diet.

O objetivo da pesquisa foi avaliar o estado nutricional, as atitudes alimentares e identificar a sua percepção corporal em graduandas do curso de nutrição Pesquisa descritiva, transversal de abordagem quantitativa, com coleta de dados a partir de um formulário contendo dados socioeconômicos, Escala de Atitudes Alimentares (EAAT) e Escala de Silhuetas. A análise estatística foi realizada por meio do SPSS versão on line, considerando p<0,05. Participaram da pesquisa 83 universitárias com faixa etária entre 21 a 23 anos, sendo 97,6% solteiras e 83% sem atividade laboral associada. A eutrofia prevaleceu em 67,5% independente do semestre do curso, contudo o sobrepeso foi mais prevalente nas alunas dos semestres intermediários 31,8% e finais 29,7% e a obesidade nos semestres iniciais 4,1%. Quanto ao seu peso corporal, 40,8% estavam insatisfeitas. As alunas dos semestres iniciais e intermediários apresentaram alimentação transtornada com pontuação da EAAT maior que a média geral (67,7) e todas as subescalas analisadas apresentaram-se alteradas. O peso e a imagem corporal foi uma preocupação presente nas estudantes de nutrição, indicando um desejo de se adequar aos padrões estabelecidos pela sociedade, associado a uma alimentação disfuncional.Los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera de nutrición pueden impactar en la conducta alimentaria y la percepción de la imagen corporal de sus estudiantes, por lo que el objetivo de la investigación fue evaluar el estado nutricional, las actitudes alimentarias e identificar su percepción corporal en los estudiantes de la carrera de nutrición. nutrición, siendo una investigación descriptiva, transversal, epidemiológica-nutricional y conductual, con recolección de datos a partir de un formulario que contiene datos socioeconómicos, Escala de Actitudes hacia la Alimentación (EAAT) y Escala de Silueta. El análisis estadístico se realizó mediante el SPSS versión en línea, considerando p<0,05. Participaron en la investigación un total de 83 estudiantes universitarios con edades comprendidas entre los 21 y los 23 años, siendo el 97,6% solteros y el 83% sin actividad laboral asociada. Predominó la eutrofia en un 67,5% independientemente del semestre de la carrera, sin embargo, el sobrepeso fue más prevalente en los estudiantes de los semestres intermedios 31,8% y en los semestres finales 29,7%, y la obesidad en los semestres iniciales 4,1%. En cuanto a su peso corporal, el 40,8% estaba insatisfecho. Los estudiantes de los semestres inicial e intermedio presentaron trastorno alimentario con un puntaje EAAT superior al promedio general (67.7) y todas las subescalas analizadas estaban alteradas.
