Anxiety and depression in pregnant women

Resumo: In the gestational phase, the woman's body undergoes several changes, so the pregnant woman is susceptible to triggering a certain type of mental disorder throughout pregnancy, including depression. Several social factors may be linked to depression, such as: psychological and biological elements, these aspects predispose to develop diseases in prenatal care. Anxiety is classified as one of the risk factors for pregnancy, and can then harm the fetus, bringing negative results such as prematurity, low weight, fit index and deficit in fetal evolution. Its physical and psychological development is compromised, resulting in obstetric problems such as abortion and postpartum depression. The objective of this study was to know the occurrence of anxiety and depression among pregnant women. This is an integrative review of the literature, the method used consists of evidence-based practice, whose main objective is to gather relevant information focused on a given theme, to achieve synthesized and compare other studies in a more complete and organized way. Symptoms of depression and anxiety have often affected women during their gestational period. Depression carries with it a great emotional weight that implies in your physical and mental health being a risk factor for PPD. It was concluded that the data obtained indicated that anxiety and depression in women may vary in degrees from mild to intense and pregnant women who have risky pregnancies indicated higher rates.

Varios factores sociales pueden estar vinculados a la depresión, tales como: elementos psicológicos y biológicos, estos aspectos predisponen a desarrollar enfermedades en la atención prenatal. La ansiedad se clasifica como uno de los factores de riesgo para el embarazo, y luego puede dañar al feto, trayendo resultados negativos como prematuridad, bajo peso, índice de ajuste y déficit en la evolución fetal. Su desarrollo físico y psicológico se ve comprometido, lo que resulta en problemas obstétricos como el aborto y la depresión posparto. El objetivo de este estudio fue conocer la ocurrencia de ansiedad y depresión entre las mujeres embarazadas. Se trata de una revisión integradora de la literatura, el método utilizado consiste en la práctica basada en la evidencia, cuyo objetivo principal es recopilar información relevante enfocada en un tema determinado, para lograr sintetizar y comparar otros estudios de una manera más completa y organizada. Los síntomas de depresión y ansiedad a menudo han afectado a las mujeres durante su período gestacional. La depresión conlleva un gran peso emocional que implica en tu salud física y mental ser un factor de riesgo para la PPD. Se concluyó que los datos obtenidos indicaron que la ansiedad y la depresión en las mujeres pueden variar en grados de leves a intensos y las mujeres embarazadas que tienen embarazos de riesgo indicaron tasas más altas.Na fase gestacional o corpo da mulher sofre várias mudanças, assim a gestante fica suscetível a desencadear determinado tipo de transtorno mental ao longo da gestação, dentre eles a depressão. Vários fatores sociais podem estar interligados à depressão, tais como: elementos psicológicos e biológicos, estes aspectos predispõem a desenvolver doenças no pré-natal. A ansiedade está classificada como um dos fatores de risco para a gravidez, podendo então prejudicar o feto, trazendo resultados negativos como a prematuridade, baixo peso, índice apto e déficit na evolução fetal. Seu desenvolvimento físico e psicológico fica comprometido acarretando problemas obstétricos como o aborto e depressão pós-parto. Objetivou-se conhecer a ocorrência de ansiedade e depressão entre gestantes. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, o método utilizado consiste na Prática baseada em Evidências, tem como objetivo principal reunir informações relevantes voltados a um determinado tema, para alcançar de maneira sintetizada e   comparar outros estudos de forma mais completa e organizada. Os sintomas depressão e ansiedade têm acometido frequentemente a mulher no seu período gestacional. A depressão traz consigo um grande peso emocional que implica em sua saúde física e mental sendo fator de risco para DPP.
