Resumo: Objective: To analyze the contributions of remote teaching-learning strategy to the work process of community health agents in the context of COVID-19. Method: This is an account of the experience lived by master's students when carrying out a health education action for community health agents in remote mode. This study arises from the elaboration of a lesson plan, an activity originating from the discipline of teaching and learning process in health sciences of the master of the graduate program in nursing and health at the State University of Southwest Bahia. Results: The educational health action for community agents, in the virtual mode during the pandemic, constitutes a strategy for training and sharing knowledge, in view of the agents 'positive responses, although the agents' adherence to training has been low. Conclusion: Remote action enabled the exchange of experience and resolved doubts regarding the actions carried out on a daily basis, making it possible for the team to get closer, at the moment of social distance, however, strategies are needed to reach a greater number of participants in a virtual way.

Método: Se trata de un relato de la experiencia vivida por estudiantes de maestría al realizar una acción de Educación en Salud para Agentes Comunitarios de Salud en modo remoto. Este estudio surge de la elaboración de un plan de lecciones, actividad que se origina en la disciplina de procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje en ciencias de la salud de la maestría del programa de posgrado en enfermería y Salud de la Universidad Estatal del Sudoeste de Bahía. Resultados: La acción educativa en salud para agentes comunitarios, en la modalidad virtual durante la pandemia, constituye una estrategia de formación e intercambio de conocimientos, ante las respuestas positivas de los agentes, aunque la adherencia de los agentes a la formación ha sido baja. Conclusión: La acción remota permitió el intercambio de experiencias y resolvió dudas sobre las acciones que se realizan a diario, posibilitando que el equipo se acerque, en el momento de la distancia social, sin embargo, se necesitan estrategias para llegar a un mayor número de participantes de forma virtual.Objetivo: Analisar as contribuições de estratégia ensino-aprendizagem remota para processo de trabalho dos ACS no contexto da COVID-19. Método: Trata-se de um relato de experiência vivenciada por mestrandos ao realizar uma ação de Educação em Saúde para Agentes Comunitários de Saúde na modalidade remota. Este estudo surge a partir da elaboração de um plano de aula, atividade oriunda da disciplina de Processo Ensino Aprendizagem em Ciências da Saúde do Mestrado do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Enfermagem e Saúde da Universidade Estadual do Sudoeste da Bahia.  Resultados: A ação educativa em saúde para os agentes comunitários, na modalidade virtual durante a pandemia constitui uma estratégia de capacitação e compartilhamento de saberes, tendo em vista as respostas positivas dos agentes, embora a adesão dos agentes ao treinamento tem sido baixa.
