An investigation of the process of continuous development offered through the Training and Updating Center of Professionals in Cuiabá-MT

Resumo: The present text is part of a research that aimed to analyze the importance of the process of establishment of the Center of Training and Updating Center of Professionals from Basic Education Professionals (CEFAPRO), in the city of Cuiabá, state of Mato Grosso (MT), The starting point will be the assumptions of the Describing Method, since we will observe, record, analyze, describe and link facts, regarding the contribution of Cefapros to the training of education professionals in the state of MT, and, therefore, the learning process. The research was built on a qualitative approach, based on the empirical experiences of the subjects regarding the continuous training offered by Cefapro. The instruments of analysis were the interview and official documents from the Secretariat of Education-Seduc. The results indicate that: all the subjects surveyed have already participated in continuous training offered by Cefapro; the training received contributed and continues to contribute to the pedagogical practice. Another evidence is that, in this model of Continuing Education, Mato Grosso state is a pioneer. Thus, in triangulating the data with the results of the research, based on Cefapro´s reports and Seduc official documents, we realized that, despite the problems described by the respondents, Cefapro-MT is fulfilling its function: to manage continuing education and to contribute with the improvement of the pedagogical practice, from the perspective of student learning.

En el caso de los profesionales de la educación del estado de MT, y, en consecuencia, el proceso de aprendizaje. Partimos de los presupuestos del Método Descriptivo, una vez que vamos a observar, registrar, analizar, describir y correlacionar hechos, en lo que se refiere a la contribución de los CEFAPROs para la formación de los profesionales de la educación del estado de MT. La investigación fue construida en un abordaje cualitativo, basado en las experiencias empíricas de los sujetos en cuanto a las formaciones continuadas ofrecidas por el CEFAPRO. Los instrumentos de análisis fueron la entrevista y los documentos oficiales de la SEDUC. Los resultados indican que: todos los sujetos investigados ya participaron de formación continuada ofrecida por el CEFAPRO; la formación recibida contribuyó y continúa contribuyendo con la práctica pedagógica. Otro dato evidenciado es que, en ese modelo de Formación Continuada, el estado de MT es pionero. Así, al hacer la triangulación de los datos con el resultado de la investigación, el informe del CEFAPRO y los documentos oficiales, percibimos que, a pesar de los problemas descritos por los investigados, el CEFAPRO-MT está cumpliendo con su función: gestionar la formación continuada y contribuir con la mejora de la práctica pedagógica, en la perspectiva del aprendizaje del alumno.O presente texto faz parte de uma pesquisa que objetivou analisar a pertinência do processo de criação do Centro de Formação e Atualização dos Profissionais da Educação Básica (CEFAPRO), do município de Cuiabá, estado de Mato Grosso (MT). Partimos dos pressupostos do Método Descritivo, uma vez que iremos observar, registrar, analisar, descrever e correlacionar fatos, no que tange à contribuição dos CEFAPROs para formação dos profissionais da educação do estado de MT, e, consequentemente, o processo aprendizagem. A pesquisa foi construída em uma abordagem qualitativa, baseada nas experiências empíricas dos sujeitos quanto às formações continuadas ofertadas pelo CEFAPRO. Os instrumentos de análise foram a entrevista e os documentos oficiais da SEDUC. Os resultados indicam que: todos os sujeitos pesquisados já participaram de formação continuada ofertada pelo CEFAPRO; a formação recebida contribuiu e continua contribuindo com a prática pedagógica. Outro dado evidenciado é que, nesse modelo de Formação Continuada, o estado de MT é pioneiro.
