Resumo: This study aimed to validate the content of a management technology for the care of patients with chronic venous ulcers, treated at outpatient clinics in the hospital context. This is a methodological study developed with 30 expert judges, with the virtual environment as the field of investigation. Data collection related to the Delphi I stage took place from january to april 2019 and Delphi II from june to july 2019. The data collection instruments were: data form for identification of research participants and management technology for care of patients with chronic venous ulcers. The results show that the validated managerial technology is based on instrumental care and expressive care relevant to care management, with the validation performed in the Delphi I phase and improved in Delphi II. In view of the above, it is concluded that the validated technology guides and directs the care actions providing visibility to the professionals who can corroborate with the assistance.
