Analysis of scientific production about leadership of nurses in urgency and emergency services

Resumo: Introduction: the nurse is one of the professionals responsible for the management of care in the urgency and emergency sectors. Therefore, the present study aims to analyze the scientific productions about the leadership of nurses in urgency and emergency services. Methodology: This is a descriptive study, of the Integrative Literature Review (ILR) type, with a qualitative approach. The survey of articles took place during the period from June to July 2022. Results and Discussion: In the search for articles among the three databases, a total of 815 articles can be obtained, after applying the filters, 77 remained for analysis. After reading, analyzing and applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 09 articles remained to compose the final sample of this RIL. Nursing leadership is of paramount importance for achieving satisfactory results. The nurse is an essential professional in the context of emergency, where the quality of care provided by this professional is essential for health. Conclusion: Therefore, the nurse has a fundamental role in the management of urgency and emergency, presenting potentialities, such as the leadership and management of the nursing team.

Por lo tanto, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo analizar las producciones científicas sobre el liderazgo de los enfermeros en los servicios de urgencia y emergencia. Metodología: Se trata de un estudio descriptivo, del tipo Revisión Integrativa de la Literatura (ILR), con abordaje cualitativo. El relevamiento de artículos se realizó de junio a julio de 2022. Resultados y Discusión: En la búsqueda de artículos entre las tres bases de datos se puede obtener un total de 815 artículos, luego de aplicar los filtros quedaron 77 para análisis. Después de la lectura, análisis y aplicación de los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, quedaron 09 artículos para componer la muestra final de esta EIR. El liderazgo de enfermería es de suma importancia para lograr resultados satisfactorios. El enfermero es un profesional esencial en el contexto de la emergencia, donde la calidad de la atención brindada por este profesional es fundamental para la salud. Conclusión: Por tanto, el enfermero tiene un papel fundamental en la gestión de urgencias y emergencias, presentando potencialidades, como el liderazgo y gestión del equipo de enfermería.Introdução: o enfermeiro é um dos profissionais responsáveis pelo gerenciamento dos cuidados nos setores de urgência e emergência. Diante disso, o presente estudo tem por objetivo, analisar as produções científicas acerca da liderança do enfermeiro nos serviços de urgência e emergência. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, do tipo Revisão Integrativa de Literatura (RIL), com abordagem qualitativa. O levantamento dos artigos ocorreu durante o período de junho a julho de 2022. Resultados e Discussão: Na busca dos artigos em meio as três bases de dados, pode-se obter um total de 815 artigos, após aplicação dos filtros restaram 77 para análise. Após leitura, análise e aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, restaram para compor a amostra final dessa RIL 09 artigos. A liderança de enfermagem é de suma importância para o alcance de resultados satisfatórios. O enfermeiro é um profissional essencial no âmbito da emergência, onde a qualidade da assistência desse profissional é imprescindível para a saúde.
