The perception of women before pregnancy: the experience and care

Resumo: Objective: to reflect the perception of women about the gestational process. Methodology: this is an integrative literature review with a qualitative approach, which established the right-hand question: "How does the woman perceive the gestational process?". The articles were searched between March and April 2021. Based on data Virtual Health Library (BVS), Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences (LILACS) and Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO). Results: 19 articles were included in the study. Being seen in most, the qualitative method. In view of the problems presented, four subcategories emerged and two thematic axes were subsequently, biopsychosocial changes as a consequence of pregnancy in women's lives and the assistance of the multidisciplinary team in view of the particularities of pregnancy. Conclusion of the Study: fear, concern, depression and anxiety about pregnancy and what could come along with pregnancy were seen in the plurality of articles, in addition to the care that this pregnant woman will receive to be analyzed for analysis of her gestational health, and it is essential that the multidisciplinary team will play their role in the most humanized way, leaving the pregnant woman more relaxed and safe for the moment of delivery and postpartum.

Metodología: se trata de una revisión integradora de la literatura con un enfoque cualitativo, que estableció la pregunta de la derecha: "¿Cómo percibe la mujer el proceso gestacional?". Se realizaron búsquedas en los artículos entre marzo y abril de 2021. Basado en datos de la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud (BVS), Literatura Latinoamericana y del Caribe en Ciencias de la Salud (LILACS) y Biblioteca Electrónica Científica en Línea (SCIELO). Resultados: Se incluyeron 19 artículos en el estudio. Siendo visto en la mayoría, el método cualitativo. En vista de los problemas presentados, surgieron cuatro subcategorías y posteriormente se abordaron dos ejes temáticos, cambios biopsicosociales como consecuencia del embarazo en la vida de las mujeres y la asistencia del equipo multidisciplinario en vista de las particularidades del embarazo. Conclusión del Estudio: el miedo, la preocupación, la depresión y la ansiedad sobre el embarazo y lo que podría venir junto con el embarazo se vieron en la pluralidad de artículos, además de los cuidados que recibirá esta embarazada para ser analizada para el análisis de su salud gestacional, y es fundamental que el equipo multidisciplinario desempeñe su papel de la manera más humanizada, dejando a la embarazada más relajada y segura para el momento del parto y posparto.Objetivo: refletir a percepção da mulher sobre o processo gestacional. Metodologia: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura com abordagem qualitativa, que estabeleceu a pergunta norteadora: “Como a mulher percebe o processo gestacional?”. A busca dos artigos foi realizada entre março e abril de 2021. Com base nos dados Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO). Resultados: foram incluídos no estudo 19 artigos. Sendo visto na maioria, o método qualitativo. Diante dos problemas apresentados emergiram-se quatro subcategorias e posteriormente dois eixos temáticos, as mudanças biopsicossociais como consequência da gestação na vida da mulher e a assistência da equipe multiprofissional diante das particularidades da gestação.
