Resumo: | The present work aimed to propose learning situations by means of the production of seedlings of Maytenus by minicutting, providing the articulation of theoretical-practical knowledge of Botany leading. The project was developed in the form of a Botany Workshop, with a 9th grade class. The data collection instruments were pre- and post-questionnaire, in addition to photos and observations, and the methodology of the research used was qualiquantitative. It was concluded that the students know and use medicinal plants, as well as their forms of propagation. The project contributed to the training of students, since 60% considered the activities excellent, 33% optimal and 7% good. |

El proyecto se desarrolló en forma de Taller de Botánica, con una clase de primaria de 9º grado. Los instrumentos de recolección de datos fueron pre y post cuestionario, además de fotografías y observaciones, y la metodología de investigación utilizada fue cualitativa y cuantitativa. Se concluyó que los estudiantes conocen y utilizan las plantas medicinales, así como sus formas de propagación. El proyecto contribuyó a la formación de los estudiantes, ya que el 60% consideró las actividades excelentes, el 33% excelentes y el 7% buenas.O presente trabalho objetivou propor situações de aprendizagem por meio da produção de mudas de espinheira-santa por miniestaquia, proporcionando a articulação de conhecimentos teórico-práticos de Botânica levando. O projeto foi desenvolvido em forma de Oficina de Botânica, com turma do 9º ano do Ensino Fundamental. Os instrumentos de coleta de dados foram pré e pós-questionário, além de fotos e observações, e a metodologia da pesquisa utilizada foi qualiquantitativa. Concluiu-se que os alunos conhecem e utilizam plantas medicinais, bem como suas formas de propagação.
