Resumo: | This study was developed in the area of child´s health. Objective: Characterize the epidemiological profile of children attended by childcare consultation, highlighting the demographic characteristics of childhood in the range would range from 0 (zero) to 2 (two) years. Method: The present study was developed in the first and second semester of 2019, in the City of Três Passos. It is a quantitative research of the documentary type that was evaluated 160 medical records of children attended by childcare consultation in the last two years. Results: Regarding the calendar of childcare consultations recommended by the Ministry of Health, information about birth, first consultation and last consultation. Regarding the first consultation 85 (53.1%) were aged 8 (eight) to 12 (twelve) months. Discussion: Growth and Child development is a period of countless acquisitions, physical, mental and social, called the child's development milestone. Conclusion: However, children from the City of Três Passos, aged 0 to 2 years and mostly male. |

Objetivo: Caracterizar el perfil epidemiológico de las crianzas asistidas por atendimientos de puericultura, destacando las características demográficas de la niñez en período de edad de 0 (cero) hasta 2 (dos) años. Método: La presente investigación fue desarrollada en el primer y segundo semestre del año 2019, en la municipalidad de Três Passos. Se trata de una pesquisa cuantitativa de documentos dónde se evaluó más de 160 registros médicos de niños atendidas por atendimiento de puericultura en los dos últimos años. Resultados: Con relación al cronograma de atendimientos de cuidados a los niños, recomendado pelo Ministerio de la Salud, en la investigación fueran evaluadas informaciones de acuerdo con el nacimiento, primera consulta y última consulta. A lo que se refiere a la primera consulta 85 (53,1%) presentaran edad de 8 (ocho) hasta 12 (doce) meses. Discusión: El crecimiento y desarrollo en la niñez es un periodo de adquisiciones físicas, metales y sociales, denominadas como punto de desarrollo de la crianza. Conclusión: No obstante los niños de la municipalidad de Três Passos, en edad alrededor de 0 hasta 2 años y la mayoría del género masculino.O presente estudo foi desenvolvido na área da saúde da criança. Objetivo: Caracterizar o perfil epidemiológico de crianças atendidas por consulta de puericultura, destacando as características demográficas da infância na faixa estaria de 0 (zero) à 2 (dois) anos. Método: O presente estudo foi desenvolvido no primeiro e segundo semestre do ano de 2019, no Município de Três Passos. Trata-se de uma pesquisa quantitativa do tipo documental que foi avaliado 160 prontuários de crianças atendidas por consulta de puericultura nos últimos dois anos. Resultados: Com relação ao calendário de consultas puericulturais preconizados pelo Ministério da Saúde, na pesquisa foram avaliadas informações quanto ao nascimento, primeira consulta e última consulta. No que se refere a primeira consulta 85 (53,1%) apresentaram idade de 8 (oito) à 12 (doze) meses. Discussão: O crescimento e desenvolvimento infantil é um período de inúmeras aquisições, físicas, mentais e sociais, denominadas como marco do desenvolver da criança.
