Resumo: | The growing worldwide need for energy coupled with the demand for natural gas that has economic and environmental advantages over other fossil fuels is a stimulus to apply energy efficiency in processing. This work investigated the scientific production related to the optimization of the Natural gas liquids (NGL) recovery process using software Hysys simulator. Several authors have focused not only on energy, exergy, sensitivity, economic and environmental analysis, but also on configuration and integration strategies to reduce energy consumption and maximize profitability. It is noticed that the absolute majority of the selected works came from countries of the Middle East, which means an opportunity for Brazilians to advance studies that contemplate the reality of the national plants. |

Este trabajo investigó la producción científica relacionada con la optimización de los procesos de recuperación de Líquidos de gas natural (LGN) con el uso del simulador software comercial llamado Aspen Hysys. Varios autores se encargaron no sólo de análisis energético, exértico, de sensibilidad, económica y ambiental, sino también de estrategias de configuración e integración para reducir el consumo de energía y maximizar la rentabilidad. Se percibió que la mayoría absoluta de los trabajos seleccionados fueron de países de Oriente Medio, lo que significa una oportunidad para que los brasileños avancen estudios que contemplen la realidad de las plantas nacionales.O contexto de crescente necessidade mundial por energia somado à demanda por gás natural, que possui vantagem econômicas e ambientais em relação aos demais combustíveis fósseis, formam um estímulo a aplicar eficiência energética no processamento de gás natural. Este trabalho investigou a produção científica relacionada à otimização dos processos de recuperação de Líquidos de gás natural (LGN) com uso do simulador software comercial chamado Aspen Hysys. Vários autores incumbiram-se não só de análises energética, exergética, de sensibilidade, econômica e ambiental, mas também de estratégias de configuração e integração para reduzir o consumo de energia e maximizar a lucratividade.
