Nude life, Human Rights and Education in thanatopolitics’ times

Resumo: This article analyzes the life, the Human Rights and the contemporary education, based on Giorgio Agamben thought, as philosofical devices, from the human figure of the Homo sacer; it points out forms of naked life in its expressions of violence and the violations occasioned by the biopower and which leads to the thanatopolitics; it highlights the power of the education in Human Rights as an necessary reflection in the pandemic times which we are living, denoted by the death, and the politic challenge of ensuring the life with human dignity. It is a bibliographical research - Agamben (2012, 2015, 2020) and theorists whom served him as background, mainly Foucault (1987, 2002, 2013, 2014), Arendt (1989, 2001), Deleuze e Guattari (1995) and Deleuze and Parnet (1998), among others who crossed his political thought and/or essayed it, looking for the confluence with theorists that substantiate the Human Rights discussion and education, beyond of studies made during the doctoral process of the autor. The results reveal that the society of the discipline, of the control over the life, keeps in its limiar the making die as an calculus of death; the tanatopolitc that bring to the scene the existance of the Homo sacer, the naked life, the mere life; and it points out the education in Human Rights as of decolonize caracter and decolonial, as a facing way, of resitance and of construction of the human life.

Se trata de una investigación bibliográfica - Agamben (2012, 2015, 2020) y teóricos que sirvieron de base, especialmente Foucault (1987, 2002, 2013, 2014), Arendt (1989, 2001), Deleuze y Guattari (1995) y Deleuze y Parnet (1998), entre otros que cruzan su pensamiento político y/o lo analizan, buscando la confluencia con teóricos que fundamentan la discusión de los Derechos Humanos y la educación, además de estudios realizados en el proceso de doctorado de la autora. Los resultados revelan que la sociedad de la disciplina, del control sobre la vida mantiene en su umbral la realización de la muerte como un cálculo de la muerte, la tanatopolítica a traer a la escena la existencia del Homo sacer, la vida desnuda, la simple vida, y apunta la educación en los Derechos Humanos como siendo de carácter descolonializador y decolonial, como una forma de enfrentamiento, resistencia y de construcción de la vida humana.Este artigo analisa a vida, os Direitos Humanos e a educação contemporânea, com base no pensamento de Giorgio Agamben, como dispositivos filosóficos, a partir da figura humana do Homo sacer; aponta formas de vida nua em suas expressões de violências e de violações ocasionadas pelo biopoder e que levam à tanatopolítica; destaca a potência da educação em Direitos Humanos como uma reflexão necessária nos tempos pandêmicos em que vivemos, marcados pela morte, e o desafio político de garantir a vida com dignidade humana. É uma pesquisa bibliográfica – Agamben (2012, 2015, 2020) e teóricos que lhe serviram de fundamentação, principalmente Foucault (1987, 2002, 2013, 2014), Arendt (1989, 2001), Deleuze e Guattari (1995) e Deleuze e Parnet (1998), dentre outros que atravessam o seu pensamento político e/ou o analisam, buscando a confluência com teóricos que substanciam a discussão de Direitos Humanos e educação, além de estudos feitos no processo de doutoramento da autora.
