Mapping of the flow of tomatoes marketed at CEASA - Goiás in 2017 and 2018

Resumo: | Tomato production as well as its commercialization plays an important role in the economy of the state of Goiás. In 2017 the state of Goiás occupied the first place in the national ranking of tomato production with 1,298,088 tons. The objective of this paper is to present the origin of tomatoes marketed in CEASA - Goiás, and the quantity supplied by the microregions of the state of Goiás, as well as the total quantity in tons sold in this supply center by each state of Brazil, knowing that the state of Goiás is one of the largest suppliers. The data collected at CEASA - GO, made available by the Technical Division, are the result of the institution 's own collection and calculation methodologies. The clipping presented is from 2017 to 2018, of the varieties longa vida and saladete. Data processing was supported by ArcMap Desktop Software, from ESRI's ArcGIS package. It was found that the tomatoes come from several states, however, the predominance is from the state of Goiás. Given the results, it can not be concluded that the state of Goiás is the largest producer, but it can be concluded that it is the largest tomato supplier for CEASA - Goiás. |

En 2017, el estado de Goiás ocupó el primer lugar en el ranking nacional de producción de tomate con 1.298.088 toneladas. El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar el origen de los tomates comercializados en CEASA - Goiás, y la cantidad suministrada por las microrregiones del estado de Goiás, así como la cantidad total en toneladas vendidas en este centro de suministro por cada estado de Brasil, sabiendo que el estado de Goiás es uno de los mayores proveedores. Los datos recopilados en CEASA - GO, puestos a disposición por la División Técnica, son el resultado de las propias metodologías de recolección y cálculo de la institución. El recorte presentado es de 2017 a 2018, de las variedades vida vida y saladete. El procesamiento de datos fue compatible con el software ArcMap Desktop, del paquete ArcGIS de ESRI. Se encontró que los tomates provienen de varios estados, sin embargo, el predominio es del estado de Goiás. Debido a los resultados, no se puede concluir que el estado de Goiás es el mayor productor, pero se puede concluir que es el más grande proveedor de tomate para CEASA - Goiás.A produção de tomate, bem como sua comercialização desempenha um papel importante na economia do estado de Goiás. Em 2017 o estado de Goiás ocupou o primeiro lugar no ranking nacional de produção de tomate com 1.298.088 toneladas. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar a origem dos tomates comercializados no CEASA – Goiás, e a quantidade fornecida pelas microrregiões do Estado de Goiás, bem como a quantidade total em toneladas comercializada nesse centro de abastecimento por cada estado do Brasil, sabendo que o estado de Goiás é um dos maiores fornecedores. Os dados que foram coletados no CEASA - GO, disponibilizados pela Divisão Técnica que são resultados de metodologias de coleta e cálculo próprias da instituição. O recorte apresentado é do ano de 2017 a 2018, das variedades longa vida e saladete. O tratamento dos dados se deu com o apoio do Software ArcMap Desktop, do pacote ArcGIS da ESRI. Verificou-se que os tomates possuem procedência de diversos estados, entretanto, a predominância é do estado Goiás.
