Assistance conditions in the care of victims of burns: integrative review of the literature

Resumo: | The present study aims to characterize in the literature the importance of nursing care management in the treatment and recovery of burn victims. Complete articles were selected considering as inclusion criteria articles of research on the subject of the care conduct to the patient victim of burn; available in full online; in the Portuguese language; and time cut from 2010 to 2018. We selected 06 articles for the corpus of the study. Evidencing the practices related to the care and contribution of the nursing team in the clinical evolution of these patients. It was identified how nursing care is important to the burned patient and the areas of care that encompass this perspective in the treatment and rehabilitation of the same. The assistance to the burn victim goes beyond the compliance with recommended protocols, it is necessary to seek new means of intervention, overcoming the barriers of clinical care where the main focus is the injury and not the patient as a whole. |

Se seleccionaron artículos completos considerando como criterios de inclusión artículos de investigación en la temática de la conducta asistencial al paciente víctima de quemadura; disponibles en su totalidad en línea; en portugués; y recorte temporal de 2010 a 2018. Se seleccionaron 06 artículos para el corpus del estudio. Evidenciando las prácticas relacionadas al cuidado y la contribución del equipo de enfermería en la evolución clínica de esos pacientes. Se identificó cómo se da la importancia de la asistencia de enfermería al paciente quemado y las áreas del cuidado que engloban esa perspectiva en el tratamiento y rehabilitación de los mismos. La conducta asistencial al paciente víctima de quemadura va más allá del cumplimiento de protocolos preconizados, es necesario buscar nuevos medios de intervención, superando las barreras del cuidado clínico donde el foco principal es la lesión y no el paciente como todo.O presente estudo objetiva caracterizar na literatura a importância das condutas assistenciais de enfermagem no tratamento e recuperação de pacientes vítimas de queimaduras. Selecionaram-se artigos completos considerando como critérios de inclusão artigos de pesquisa na temática da conduta assistencial ao paciente vítima de queimadura; disponíveis na íntegra online; no idioma português; e recorte temporal de 2010 a 2018. Foram selecionados 06 artigos para o corpus do estudo. Evidenciando as práticas relacionadas ao cuidado e a contribuição da equipe de enfermagem na evolução clinica desses pacientes. Identificou-se como se dá a importância da assistência de enfermagem ao paciente queimado e as áreas do cuidado que englobam essa perspectiva no tratamento e reabilitação dos mesmos.
