Resumo: The knowledge of industrial plants is essential for today society. This work aimed to create a platform prototype (EDSLAB) that facilitates testing of industrial plants. It was developed with purpose of bring together the basic elements of the necessary infrastructure for the elaboration of two of the most commons plants for industrial automated processes in a single stand: filling and cooling systems. Considering the intersection of necessary elements in these two automation projects, such as programmable logic controllers, direct and alternating current power supplies, relays, among others, these elements were grouped in a structure arranged in a generic way, since to supply the most diverse design needs, the components should have strategic positioning and the structures should support the coupling of countless measuring tools and other equipment. The obtained set allows both automation and supervision of automatic processes through a human-machine interface. The industrial plants control it was performed by the logic programmable controller LOLLETE LE3U-56MR6AD2DA, from Mitsubish®. To supervision it was implemented the human-machine interface Kinco®, model MT4434T. The tests performed obtained a satisfactorily accomplishment, demonstrating not only the processes inherent of filling and cooling systems, but also general properties of industrial automation projects.

Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo crear un prototipo de plataforma (EDSLAB) que facilite las pruebas de las plantas industriales. Fue desarrollado con el objetivo de reunir en una sola cabina los elementos básicos de la infraestructura necesaria para la elaboración de dos de las plantas más comunes para procesos automatizados industriales: sistemas de llenado y refrigeración. Considerando la intersección de elementos requeridos en estos dos proyectos de automatización, tales como controladores lógicos programables, fuentes de alimentación de corriente continua y alterna, transmisiones, entre otros, estos elementos se agruparon en una estructura organizada de manera genérica, ya que para satisfacer las más diversas necesidades de diseño, los componentes deben tener posicionamiento estratégico y las estructuras deben soportar el acoplamiento de numerosas herramientas de medición y otras equipo. El montaje obtenido permite tanto la automatización como la supervisión de procesos automáticos a través de una interfaz hombre-máquina. El control de las plantas industriales fue realizado por el controlador lógico programable LOLLETE LE3U-56MR6AD2DA, de Mitsubish®. Para la inspección, se ® la interfaz hombre-máquina de Kinco, modelo MT4434T. Las pruebas obtuvieron un rendimiento satisfactorio, demostrando no solo los procesos inherentes a los sistemas de llenado y enfriamiento, sino también las propiedades generales de los proyectos de automatización industrial.O conhecimento das plantas industriais é essencial para a sociedade atual. Este trabalho teve como objetivo criar um protótipo de plataforma (EDSLAB) que facilite o teste de plantas industriais. Foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de reunir os elementos básicos da infraestrutura necessária para a elaboração de duas das plantas mais comuns para processos automatizados industriais em uma única plataforma: sistemas de envase e arrefecimento. Considerando a intersecção de elementos necessários nesses dois projetos de automação, como controladores lógicos programáveis, fontes de alimentação correntes diretas e alternadas, relés, entre outros, esses elementos foram agrupados em uma estrutura organizada de forma genérica, uma vez que para suprir as mais diversas necessidades de projeto, os componentes devem ter posicionamento estratégico e as estruturas devem suportar o acoplamento de inúmeras ferramentas de medição e outros equipamentos. O conjunto obtido permite tanto automação quanto supervisão de processos automáticos através de uma interface homem-máquina. O controle das plantas industriais foi realizado pelo controlador lógico programável LOLLETE LE3U-56MR6AD2DA, da Mitsubish®. Para fiscalização foi implementada a interface homem-máquina Kinco®, modelo MT4434T.
