Resumo: This article aims to explore the power of bricolage (Lévi-Strauss, 1976; Kincheloe, 2006) in the auto (trans) formative trajectory. For that, we sew the points that demarcate doing as a teacher and teaching, using multi-referentiality, complexity (Morin, 2000, 2005) and unfinished (Freire, 1996, 2001, 2003) as theoretical sources that allow us to interpret the concrete issues of the teacher's work in the search for scientific pedagogical qualification in different contexts of performance. Thus, a bibliographic review, of a qualitative nature bricolates and highlights the indispensable points for a permanent trajectory, which is procedural and demarcates the making (trans) formative in the contemporary.

Para eso, cosemos los puntos que demarcan el hacer como docentes y docentes, utilizando la multirreferencialidad, la complejidad (Morin, 2000, 2005) y sin terminar (Freire, 1996, 2001, 2003) como fuentes teóricas que nos permiten interpretar los problemas concretos. del trabajo del profesor en la búsqueda de la calificación científica pedagógica en diferentes contextos de desempeño. Así, una revisión bibliográfica, de naturaleza cualitativa, bricola y resalta los puntos indispensables para una trayectoria permanente, que es procesal y demarca lo auto (trans) formativo en lo contemporáneo.O presente artigo objetiva explorar a potência de uma bricolagem (Lévi-Strauss, 1976; Kincheloe, 2006) na trajetória auto(trans)formativa. Para tanto, costuramos os pontos que demarcam o fazer como docente e a docência, utilizando a multirreferencialidade, a complexidade (Morin, 2000, 2005) e o inacabamento (Freire, 1996, 2001, 2003) como fontes teóricas que permitem interpretar as questões concretas do trabalho do professor na busca de qualificação pedagógica científica em diferentes contextos de atuação.
