GEASE: device for analyzing professional practices in the humanization of teaching and healthcare

Resumo: | This article presents the application of an innovative methodology for training and analyzing the practices of professionals to contribute to the humanization of teaching and the qualification of health care. The principles of the Groupe d'entreinement à l´analyse de Situations Educatives- GEASE and the concept of implication of Institutional Analysis in its Institutional Socioclinical approach in the construction of this device. It aims to reflect on the application of this device in teaching and health service focusing in humanization, making considerations about its possibilities and limitations. The interventions were carried out in universities in Rio de Janeiro for 09 groups, formed by medical students, nursing residents, preceptors, teachers and health professionals, with a total of 141 participants. The results showed aspects where humanized practices to be implemented, need to rethink the process of professional training in health in their communication practices in order to favor interpersonal relationships. As a potentiality of the study, it stands out that the device used was able to favor the trainer and trainees to analyze their practices, bringing nuances of institutional changes, in favor of the humanization of the care. As limitations, we highlight the need to observe a smaller number of participants by groups in order not to compromise the deepening of the themes brought to the debate. The data show that the proposed device constituted a powerful pedagogical instrument to produce humanized practices both in teaching and in health services. |

Los princípios Del Groupe d'entreinement à l´analyse de Situations Educatives- GEASE y el concepto de implicación del marco teórico metodológico Del Análisis Institucional en el aporte de la Socioclínica Institucional fueran utilizados em la construcción de este dispositivo. Su objetivo es reflexionar sobre la aplicación de este dispositivo en la enseñanza y los servicios com un enfoque em la humanización, teniendo encuenta sus posibilidades y limitaciones. Las intervenciones se llevaron a cabo en universidades de Río de Janeiro para 09 grupos, formados por médicos internos, residentes de enfermería, preceptores, maestros y profesionales de la salud, com un total de 141 participantes. Los resultados mostraron aspectos en que las prácticas humanizadas a implementar, necesitan repensar el proceso de capacitación profesional en salud en sus prácticas de comunicación para favorecer las relaciones interpersonales. Se destaca como una potencialidad, que el dispositivo fue capaz de favorecer a que los maestros y los alumnos examinasen sus prácticas, aportando matices de câmbios institucionales, a favor de la humanización del cuidado. Como límites, enfatizamos la necesidad de observar un número pequeño de participantes por grupo, com el objetivo de no comprometer la profundización de los temas traídos para el debate. Los datos obtenidos puntean que el dispositivo propuesto se constituyó en herramienta pedagógica potente para producir prácticas humanizadas tanto en la enseñanza como en los servicios de la salud.Este artigo apresenta a aplicação de um dispositivo inovador de formação e de análise das práticas dos profissionais para contribuir com a humanização no ensino e na qualificação da atenção em saúde. Foram utilizados os princípios do Groupe d’entreinement à l´analyse de Situations Educatives-GEASE e o conceito de implicação da Análise Institucional em sua abordagem Socioclinica Institucional na construção desse dispositivo. Objetiva refletir sobre a aplicação deste dispositivo no ensino e nos serviços com foco na humanização, tecendo considerações sobre suas possibilidades e limitações. As intervenções foram realizadas em universidades do Rio de Janeiro para 09 grupos, formados por internos de medicina, residentes de enfermagem, preceptores, docentes e profissionais de saúde, com um total de 141 participantes. Os resultados evidenciaram aspectos onde as práticas humanizadas para serem implementadas, necessitam repensar o processo de formação profissional em saúde nas suas práticas de comunicação de maneira a favorecer as relações interpessoais. Destaca-se como potencialidade, que o dispositivo foi capaz de favorecer a que formador e formandos analisassem suas práticas, trazendo nuances de mudanças institucionais, em prol da humanização do cuidado. Como limitações, destacamos a necessidade de se observar um número menor de participantes por grupos visando não comprometer o aprofundamento dos temas trazidos para o debate.
