The correlation between the service sector and gross domestic product in Brazil

Resumo: In recent years, the services sector has presented itself as a very important variable in the composition of gross domestic product (GDP), thus collaborating in the generation of jobs and income, as well as contributing to the development of the country's economy. Following this line of reasoning, this paper aims to analyze the correlation between the service sector and GDP in Brazil, in the period 2000 - 2017. The study is based on the approach that deals with GDP from the perspective of supply (production). The methodological use is based on the interpretation of gdp and current gross value added from the service sector; thus, the collected data are secondary, for analysis and tabulation was used Excel and Stata software to extract its modeling. When observing the behavior of the variables studied, it is noted that an increase in GDP causes an increase in services, in addition, by adding a unit in income its effect is increasing, making one understand the importance of the service sector in the daily life of individuals and the national economy. Thus, it was concluded that there is a positive correlation between the variables selected for the analysis, thus, the increase in income (GDP) causes an increase in Brazilian services.

Siguiendo esta línea de razonamiento, este documento tiene como objetivo analizar la correlación entre el sector de servicios y el PIB en Brasil, en el período 2000 - 2017. El estudio se basa en el enfoque que se ocupa del PIB desde la perspectiva de la oferta (producción). El uso metodológico se basa en la interpretación del pib y del valor añadido bruto actual del sector de servicios; por lo tanto, los datos recogidos son secundarios, para el análisis y tabulación se utilizó Excel y el software Stata para extraer su modelado. Al observar el comportamiento de las variables estudiadas, se observa que un aumento del PIB provoca un aumento de los servicios, además, al añadir una unidad de ingresos su efecto está aumentando, haciendo comprender la importancia del sector servicios en la vida diaria de y la economía nacional. Por lo tanto, se llegó a la conclusión de que existe una correlación positiva entre las variables seleccionadas para el análisis, por lo tanto, el aumento de los ingresos (PIB) provoca un aumento de los servicios brasileños.Nos últimos anos, o setor de serviços vem apresentando-se como uma variável bastante importante na composição do Produto Interno Bruto (PIB), dessa forma, colaborando na geração de emprego e renda, bem como, contribuindo no desenvolvimento da economia do país. Seguindo essa linha de raciocínio, o presente trabalho objetiva analisar a correlação entre o setor de serviços e o PIB no Brasil, no período de 2000 – 2017. A realização do estudo respalda-se na abordagem que trata o PIB na ótica da oferta (produção). A utilização metodológica baseia-se na interpretação de informações do PIB e do valor adicionado bruto corrente do setor de serviços; dessa forma, os dados coletados são secundários, para analise e tabulação foi utilizado Excel e software Stata para extrair sua modelagem. Ao se observar o comportamento das variáveis estudadas nota-se que, um aumento no PIB provoca uma elevação nos serviços, além disso, ao se adicionar uma unidade na renda seu efeito é crescente, fazendo-se compreender a importância do setor de serviço no cotidiano dos indivíduos e na economia nacional.
