Perspectives of knowledge about violence against migrant women: mapping academic production Strictu Sensu

Resumo: | Objective: To analyze the nature and trend of knowledge in Brazilian theses and dissertations on the theme of gender violence against immigrant and refugee women. Method: Inventory bibliographic research of an inventory nature that considered the theses and dissertations registered in the Bank of Theses of the Catalog of Theses and Dissertations of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel. The search was in January 2020, 160 studies were retrieved and 14 (two theses and twelve dissertations) were selected for analysis. Results: There was growth in academic production. As for nature, there was a greater socio-cultural representation (8), followed by politics (3), clinical-epidemiological (2) and existential (1). As for the trend, there was a predominance of protective order (9), followed by assistance (4) and promotion (1). The studies showed violence in physical, sexual, domestic, obstetric, gender, structural, bullying, political persecution, restriction of human rights, family and social disruptions, racism, discrimination and prejudice. Conclusion: There was an absence of research conducted by professional nurses on the subject, constituting possible gaps in knowledge and weaknesses in the advances in knowledge in the social field, focused on diversity and intersectionality. There was a need to expand studies of an existential and clinical-epidemiological nature and of a health promotion trend, contemplating strategies that may contribute to the implementation of public policies and actions aimed at migrant women, in addition to empowerment actions on issues violence, and strengthening female autonomy, which can be made possible through cooperation and dialogue networks between university and society. |

Método: Inventario de investigación bibliográfica de carácter inventario que consideró las tesis y disertaciones inscritas en el Banco de Tesis del Catálogo de Tesis y Disertaciones de la Coordinación para la Perfeccionamiento del Personal de Educación Superior. La búsqueda fue en enero de 2020, se recuperaron 160 estudios y se seleccionaron 14 (dos tesis y doce disertaciones) para su análisis. Resultados: Hubo crecimiento en la producción académica. En cuanto a la naturaleza, hubo una mayor representación sociocultural (8), seguida de la política (3), clínico-epidemiológica (2) y existencial (1). En cuanto a la tendencia, predominó la orden de protección (9), seguida de la asistencia (4) y la promoción (1). Los estudios evidenciaron violencia física, sexual, doméstica, obstétrica, de género, estructural, bullying, persecución política, restricción de los derechos humanos, trastornos familiares y sociales, racismo, discriminación y prejuicio. Conclusión: Hubo una ausencia de investigaciones realizadas por enfermeras profesionales sobre el tema, constituyendo posibles vacíos de conocimiento y debilidades en los avances del conocimiento en el campo social, enfocados en la diversidad y la interseccionalidad. Existía la necesidad de ampliar los estudios de carácter existencial y clínico-epidemiológico y una tendencia hacia la promoción de la salud, contemplando estrategias que puedan contribuir a la implementación de políticas públicas y acciones dirigidas a las mujeres migrantes, además de acciones de empoderamiento en temas violencia, y el fortalecimiento de la autonomía femenina, que se puede hacer posible a través de redes de cooperación y diálogo entre universidad y sociedad.Objetivo: Analisar a natureza e tendência do conhecimento em teses e dissertações brasileiras sobre o tema da violência de gênero contra mulheres imigrantes e refugiadas. A busca foi em janeiro de 2020, foram recuperados 160 estudos e selecionados 14 (duas teses e doze dissertações) para análise. Resultados: Houve crescimento na produção acadêmica. Quanto à natureza, observou-se maior representação sócio- cultural (8), seguidas da política (3), clinico- epidemiológico (2) e existencial (1). Quanto à tendência, houve predominância de ordem protetiva (9), seguido de assistencial (4) e promoção (1). Os estudos evidenciaram violências nas formas física, sexual, doméstica, obstétrica, de gênero, estrutural, bullying, perseguição política, cerceamento de direitos humanos, rupturas familiares e sociais, racismo, discriminação e preconceito. Conclusão: Constatou-se ausência de pesquisas conduzidas por profissionais enfermeiros na temática, constituindo-se possíveis lacunas de conhecimento e fragilidades nos avanços do conhecimento na seara social voltadas para as diversidades e interseccionalidades.
