Body approach with tuberculosis: the client's imagination in the care of occupational therapy

Resumo: | Objective: analyze how pulmonary tuberculosis patients figure the taking care of their bodies after the diagnosis of the disease. Method: the method used in this investigation was socio-poetic-qualitative. The context chosen was the tuberculosis clinic of a university hospital located in the city of Rio de Janeiro, where they are treated. The strategy for data production involves collective meetings with patients, and decisions were made and approved in the research group's workshops, where collective discussions and the imaginary about body and care. Results: 35 images and 71 spaces were produced. This body changed expression and space, making a counterpoint with the healthy body. It stands out as main areas of order Surrealist socio-poetic study: Well – Labyrinth – Tunnel – Hospital. Conclusion: the tuberculosis patients suffered several assemblages and indicate themes for the care of occupational therapy brings strange combinations in the group's thoughts, causing multiplication of views about the meaning of the sick body. |

Método: el método asumido en esta investigación fue el sociopoético-cualitativo. El contexto elegido fue el ambulatorio de tuberculosis de un hospital universitario ubicado en el municipio de Río de Janeiro, donde se tratan. La estrategia para la producción de los datos implicó encuentros colectivos con los portadores, y las decisiones fueron realizadas y aprobadas en los talleres del grupo investigador donde ocurrió la inducción de discusiones colectivas y lo imaginario sobre cuerpo y cuidado. Resultados: se produjeron 35 imágenes y 71 espacios. Este cuerpo cambió de expresión y de espacio, haciendo un contrapunto con el cuerpo sano. Se destaca como principales espacios de orden estudio sociopoético surrealista: Pozo – Laberinto - Túnel– Hospital. Conclusión: los portadores de tuberculosis sufrieron variados agenciamientos e indican temas para el cuidado de terapia ocupacional trae combinaciones extrañas en el pensamiento del grupo, provocando multiplicación de las visiones sobre el significado del cuerpo enfermo.Objetivo: analisar como os portadores de tuberculose pulmonar imaginam o cuidar do corpo após o diagnóstico da doença. Método: o método assumido nesta investigação foi o sociopoético-qualitativo. O contexto escolhido foi o ambulatório de tuberculose de um hospital universitário localizado no município do Rio de Janeiro, onde eles se tratam. A estratégia para produção dos dados envolveu encontros coletivos com os portadores, e as decisões foram realizadas e aprovadas nas oficinas do grupo pesquisador onde ocorreu a indução de discussões coletivas e o imaginário sobre corpo e cuidado. Resultados: foram produzidas 35 imagens e 71 espaços. Este corpo mudou de expressão e de espaço, fazendo um contraponto com o corpo sadio. Destaca-se como principais espaços de ordem estudo sociopoético surrealista: Hospital – Poço – Labirinto - Túnel.
