Nursing care for women with anxiety and depression during pregnancy: an integrative review

Resumo: | Objective: To demonstrate the importance of knowledge about anxiety and depression during pregnancy for improving the quality of prenatal care in Basic Health Care. Methodology: This is an integrative review of the literature carried out with articles published and indexed in the Virtual Health Library (VHL) and the LILACS and MEDLINE databases. Results and discussion: Of the 34 articles found, after applying inclusion and exclusion criteria and analyzing their contents, 09 were selected for the study analysis. Characteristics that stood out in the occurrence of problems to harmonize the psychological during and after the gravidic period were identified. Conclusion: Anxiety and depression are present, mainly in adolescent mothers, mothers with low schooling, without family support, and single mothers, thus the influence of socioeconomic factors as risk factors for these disorders in pregnancy. As a strategy for quality care to pregnant women with depression and anxiety, the Psychological Prenatal allied with multiprofessional follow-up has proved essential. |

Metodologia: Se trata de una revisión integradora de la literatura realizada con artículos publicados e indexados en la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud (BVS) y en los bancos de datos LILACS y MEDLINE. Resultados y Discusión: De los 34 artículos encontrados, después de aplicar los criterios de inclusión y exclusión y analizar su contenido, se seleccionaron 09 para el análisis del estudio. Se identificaron las características que se destacaron en la aparición de problemas para armonizar el aspecto psicológico durante y después del período gravídico. Conclusión: La ansiedad y la depresión están presentes, principalmente en las madres adolescentes, las madres con baja escolaridad, sin apoyo familiar y las madres solteras, de ahí la influencia de los factores socioeconómicos como factores de riesgo de estos trastornos en el embarazo. Como estrategia de atención de calidad a las mujeres embarazadas con depresión y ansiedad, el Prenatal Psicológico aliado con el seguimiento multiprofesional ha demostrado ser esencial.Objetivo: Demonstrar a importância do conhecimento sobre ansiedade e depressão durante a gestação para a melhoria da qualidade na assistência ao pré-natal no âmbito da Atenção Básica em Saúde. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura realizada com artigos publicados e indexados na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e nos bancos de dados LILACS e MEDLINE. Resultados e discussão: Dos 34 artigos encontrados, após aplicação dos critérios de inclusão, exclusão e da análise dos seus conteúdos, 09 foram selecionados para a análise do estudo. Foram identificadas características que mais se destacaram na ocorrência de problemas para harmonizar o psicológico durante e depois do período gravídico. Conclusão: Ansiedade e depressão estão presentes, principalmente em mães adolescentes, mães com baixa escolaridade, sem apoio familiar e solteiras, assim a influência de fatores socioeconômicos como fatores de risco para esses distúrbios na gestação.
