Resumo: This article analyzes exclusions and human rights violations of peripheral juveniles, through biopolitical and necropolitical forms of institutionalized power in the historical and socio-educational process, enhancing resistance through micropolitics that enable socio-educational and community practices. In an archaeological and genealogical tryout, a cartographic articulation is made of experiences from educational processes, which provide sensitive listening, the use of the body and art as ways to expression and democratic construction of knowledge, in conversation circles and creative workshops. The theoretical base of this paper is Foucault (2003, 2013, 2014), Agamben (2012), Mbembe (2018), Guattari (1985), Deleuze (1992, 1995), Panikkar (2004), Bhabha (3003), and others. The research corroborates to overcome stereotypes and boundaries of violence and exclusion of peripheral juveniles, while reinventing their territories as a place for the construction of human rights education, making young people visible as subjects of law, capacity of knowledge and power.

Research, Society and Development2020-10-12info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/915510.33448/rsd-v9i10.9155Research, Society and Development; Vol. 9 No. 10; e6599109155Research, Society and Development; Vol. 9 Núm. 10; e6599109155Research, Society and Development; v. 9 n. 10; e65991091552525-3409reponame:Research, Society and Developmentinstname:Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)instacron:UNIFEIporhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/9155/8049Copyright (c) 2020 Maria do Socorro Borges da Silva; Shara Jane Holanda Costa Adad; Krícia de Sousa Silvahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSilva, Maria do Socorro Borges daAdad, Shara Jane Holanda CostaSilva, Krícia de Sousa 2020-10-31T12:03:23Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/9155Revistahttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/indexPUBhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/oairsd.articles@gmail.com2525-34092525-3409opendoar:2024-01-17T09:31:28.821664Research, Society and Development - Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)false
