Postpartum nursing consultation in primary care: scientific evidence

Resumo: Objective: to identify the national and international scientific evidences concerning available tools for postpartum consultation in primary care. Method: consists of a study performed through an integrative review of the literature in the following data bases: BDENF; LILACS; MEDLINE e SCIELO. In the study 13 articles were included, the analysis was conducted through an evaluative matrix which considers the characterization of the study, an answer to a research question and level of evidence. Results: after a pré-analysis, material exploration and interpretation, 2 categories that allowed to synthesize the findings were originated: tools used to mediate the postpartum nursing consultation and technological nursing strategies for postpartum health education. Conclusion: the findings of this study point to several tools and technological strategies used to perform the nursing consultation in the period of the pregnancy-puerperal cycle. It is believed that by promoting the use, creation and improvement of these activities, it is possible to optimize, qualify and individualize the care.

It is believed that by promoting the use, creation and improvement of these activities, it is possible to optimize, qualify and individualize the care.Objetivo: identificar las evidencias científicas nacionales e internacionales sobre las herramientas disponibles para la consulta de enfermería puerperal en atención primaria. Método: se trata de una revisión integradora de la literatura, cuyas búsquedas se realizaron en las siguientes bases de datos: BDENF; LILAS; MEDLINE y SCIELO. Se incluyeron trece artículos, el análisis se realizó a través de la matriz evaluativa que considera la caracterización del estudio, respuesta a la pregunta de investigación y nivel de evidencia. Resultados: tras el preanálisis, la exploración del material y la interpretación originaron dos categorías que permitieron sintetizar los hallazgos: Herramientas utilizadas para mediar la consulta de enfermería en el puerperio y Estrategias Tecnológicas de enfermería para la educación para la salud en el posparto. Conclusión: los hallazgos del presente estudio apuntan a varias herramientas y estrategias tecnológicas utilizadas para realizar la consulta de enfermería durante el ciclo embarazo-puerperal. Se cree que, al fomentar el uso, creación y mejora de estas actividades, es posible optimizar, calificar y singularizar el cuidado.Objetivo: identificar as evidências científicas nacionais e internacionais acerca das ferramentas disponíveis para consulta de enfermagem puerperal na atenção primária. Métodos: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, cujas buscas foram realizadas nas seguintes bases de dados: BDENF; LILACS; MEDLINE e SCIELO. Foram incluídos 13 artigos, a análise foi realizada por meio da matriz avaliativa que considera a caracterização do estudo, resposta à pergunta de pesquisa e nível de evidência. Resultados: após a pré-análise, exploração do material e interpretação originaram-se duas categorias que permitiram sintetizar os achados: Ferramentas utilizadas para mediar a consulta de enfermagem no puerpério e Estratégias tecnológicas da enfermagem para a educação em saúde no pós-parto. Conclusão: os achados do presente estudo apontam diversas ferramentas e estratégias tecnológicas utilizadas para executar a consulta de enfermagem no período do ciclo gravídico-puerperal.
