Imitators and the reproduction of error: media coverage of violent attitudes and the impact on behavioral changes

Resumo: | With technological advances, the world is increasingly connected and information is able to reach a very large number of people, enabling the expansion of knowledge, raising questions about the influence of the media on violent attitudes and changes in people's behavior. This integrative review of the literary writer aimed to characterize the responsibility of media outlets as collaborators for the dissemination of violent social acts against themselves and others. The present study is a bibliographic search of the type integrative literature review. For the location of relevant studies that answered the research question, descriptors indexed in Portuguese, English and Spanish were used. The descriptors were obtained from the Medical Subject Headings (MESH), from the Health Sciences Descriptors (DeCS). It can be observed that as members have a high influence, not behavior of risk of their users, due to the ease of access to publications of risk such as self-flagellation, use of alcohol and drugs, and mainly on the most vulnerable, such as young people and people com psychological problems. Faz-it is necessary to potentiate the exhibition of reflective atos and positive content to serve as a reference to society and promote the prevention of atitutes hostis. At the same time it must provide social transformation and harmony between the members of the society, fighting violence by means of preventive and / or interventional proposals through contributions of Psychology and of their professionalism. |

Esta revisión integradora del escritor literario tuvo como objetivo caracterizar la responsabilidad de los medios de comunicación como colaboradores para la difusión de actos sociales violentos contra ellos mismos y los demás. El presente estudio es una búsqueda bibliográfica del tipo revisión integradora de la literatura. Para la ubicación de los estudios relevantes que respondieron a la pregunta de investigación se utilizaron descriptores indexados en portugués, inglés y español. Los descriptores se obtuvieron de Medical Subject Headings (MESH), de Health Sciences Descriptors (DeCS). Se puede observar que las redes sociales tienen una alta influencia en las conductas de riesgo de sus usuarios, debido al fácil acceso a publicaciones de riesgo como autolesiones, consumo de alcohol y drogas, y especialmente en los más vulnerables, como jóvenes y personas. con problemas psicológicos. Es necesario potenciar el despliegue de actos reflexivos y contenidos positivos que sirvan de referencia a la sociedad y promuevan la prevención de actitudes hostiles. Los medios de comunicación deben proponer la transformación social y la armonía entre los miembros sociales, combatiendo la violencia a través de propuestas preventivas y / o intervencionistas a través de los aportes de la Psicología y sus profesionales.Com o avanço tecnológico o mundo está cada vez mais conectado e as informações conseguem alcançar um número muito grande de pessoas, possibilitando à expansão do conhecimento, trazendo à tona questionamentos sobre a influência dos meios de comunicação nas atitudes violentas e mudanças no comportamento das pessoas. Esta revisão integrativa da literatira teve como objetivo caracterizar a responsabilidade dos veiculos midiáticos de comunicação como colaboradores para a disseminação de atos sociais violentos contra se proprio e para os outros. O presente estudo trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica do tipo revisão integrativa da literatura. Para a localização dos estudos relevantes, que respondessem à pergunta de pesquisa, utilizou-se de descritores indexados nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol. Os descritores foram obtidos a partir do Medical Subject Headings (MESH), dos Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS). Pode-se observar que as mídias socias tem alta influência no comportamento de risco de seus usuários, devido a facilidade de acesso a publicações de risco como a autoflagelação, uso de álcool e drogas, e principalmente sobre os mais vulneráveis, como os jovens e pessoas com problemas psicológicos. Faz-se necessário potencializar a exibição de atos reflexivos e conteúdos positivios para servir de referência à sociedade e promover a prevenção de atitutes hostis.
