Resumo: | This article aims to analyze the resistance of lesbian, transgender, intersex bisexual and intersex in the face of homophobia practices and heteronormative violence in the context of organizations, work and society, as well as the possibilities of resistance around a critical and reflective posture on dominant patterns. and hegemonic in sexuality. To this end, we discuss homophobia, heteronormativity and violence at work. Thus, we conducted a qualitative research using oral history focusing on their professional trajectories and analyzed the data through qualitative content analysis by the categories of "resisting violence" and "overcoming and critical analysis around violence". There are many ways to deal with prejudice in the workplace from the subtlest to the most explicit. In general, it is noteworthy that overcoming violence may be related to a critical and reflexive analysis around the dominant and heteronormative point of view, the full acceptance of their sexuality, the questioning of violence, the search for information and of enlightenment, and with better self-esteem. |

Con este fin, discutimos la homofobia, la heteronormatividad y la violencia en el trabajo. Por lo tanto, realizamos una investigación cualitativa utilizando la historia oral centrándonos en sus trayectorias profesionales y analizamos los datos a través del análisis de contenido cualitativo por las categorías de "resistir la violencia" y "análisis crítico y de superación en torno a la violencia". Hay muchas maneras de lidiar con los prejuicios en el lugar de trabajo, desde lo más sutil hasta lo más explícito. En general, cabe destacar que la superación de la violencia puede estar relacionada con un análisis crítico y reflexivo sobre el punto de vista dominante y heteronormativo, la plena aceptación de su sexualidad, el cuestionamiento de la violencia, la búsqueda de información y de iluminación y con mejor autoestima.O presente artigo visa analisar as resistências lésbicas, transgêneros, intersexuais, bissexuais e gays em face das práticas de homofobia e violências heteronormativas no contexto das organizações, do trabalho e da sociedade, bem como as possibilidades de resistência em torno de uma postura crítica e reflexiva sobre os padrões dominantes e hegemônicos na sexualidade. Para tal, discutimos sobre homofobia, heteronormatividade e violência no trabalho. Assim, fizemos uma pesquisa de cunho qualitativo com a utilização da história oral com foco em suas trajetórias profissionais e analisamos os dados através da análise de conteúdo qualitativa pelas categorias de “resistindo à violência” e “superação e análise crítica em torno da violência”. Há diversas formas de lidar com o preconceito no ambiente de trabalho desde as mais sutis até as mais explícitas.
