Resumo: In Brazil, the incidence of heart disease in pregnancy reaches a rate of 4.2% among pregnant women, a number eight times higher than the international statistics reported in the study by the European Society of Cardiology. Therefore, the health and well-being of pregnant women with heart disease must be monitored and the pathology diagnosed early to reduce the risk of life in the maternal-fetal binomial. Thus, the objective was to report an experience of nursing students about an action of health education for pregnant women with heart disease, in addition to promoting health in a safe way, encouraging self-care and well-being. It is a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, of the experience report type, in which it seeks to understand the relationships developed based on different contexts. It was based on the methodology of problematizing the Arch of Charles Maguerez. Thus, as the main results achieved, it was evident in the present study that health education as a teaching methodology during high-risk prenatal care obtained satisfactory results, since it promoted the exchange of information and the transfer of knowledge, while fostering autonomy and self-management of health effectively among pregnant women with heart disease. Finally, it appears that the participation of students in these activities made it possible to obtain skills and competences for the future profession, as well as greater interaction with the community.

Por tanto, se debe vigilar la salud y el bienestar de las gestantes con cardiopatía y diagnosticar precozmente la patología para reducir el riesgo de vida en el binomio materno-fetal. Así, el objetivo fue relatar una experiencia de estudiantes de enfermería sobre una acción de educación para la salud de la gestante con cardiopatía, además de promover la salud de manera segura, fomentando el autocuidado y el bienestar. Se trata de un estudio descriptivo, con enfoque cualitativo, del tipo relato de experiencia, en el que se busca comprender las relaciones que se desarrollan a partir de diferentes contextos. Se basó en la metodología de problematizar el Arco de Carlos Maguerez. Así, como principales resultados alcanzados, se evidenció en el presente estudio que la educación para la salud como metodología de enseñanza durante la atención prenatal de alto riesgo obtuvo resultados satisfactorios, ya que promovió el intercambio de información y la transferencia de conocimientos, al tiempo que fomentaba Autonomía y autogestión de la salud de forma eficaz en embarazadas con cardiopatías. Finalmente, parece que la participación de los estudiantes en estas actividades permitió la obtención de habilidades y competencias para la futura profesión, así como una mayor interacción con la comunidad.No Brasil, a incidência de cardiopatia na gravidez atinge o índice de 4,2% entre as gestantes, número oito vezes maior do que as estatísticas internacionais relatadas no estudo da Sociedade Europeia de cardiologia. Diante disso, a saúde e bem-estar da gestante cardiopata devem ser monitoradas e a patologia precocemente diagnosticada para diminuir o risco de vida do binômio materno-fetal. Deste modo, objetivou-se relatar uma vivência de acadêmicos de enfermagem acerca de uma ação de educação em saúde para gestantes cardiopatas, além de promover a saúde de maneira segura, incentivando o autocuidado e o bem-estar. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa, do tipo relato de experiência, no qual se busca compreender as relações desenvolvidas embasados nos diferentes contextos. Fundamentou-se na metodologia da problematização do Arco de Charles Maguerez. Destarte, como principais resultados alcançados evidenciou-se no presente estudo que a educação em saúde como metodologia de ensino durante o pré-natal de alto risco obteve resultados satisfatórios, posto que promoveu a troca de informações e o repasse de conhecimentos, ao passo que fomentou a autonomia e a autogestão da saúde de maneira eficaz entre as gestantes cardiopatas.
