Resumo: | The satisfaction of members is a central issue in a cooperative, as they are the ones who carry out development actions. Thus, this work aimed to analyze the satisfaction of the cooperative members of Cooperativa X de Santa Maria. For this, a descriptive and exploratory research was carried out, considered a case study of a quantitative nature. Satisfaction was analyzed using the Job Satisfaction Scale, developed by Siqueira (2008) where five categories were evaluated. Regarding satisfaction with colleagues and satisfaction with leadership, the cooperative members were satisfied, however, around 15% of the cooperative members are dissatisfied with this requirement. With regard to satisfaction with the salary, the highest rates of dissatisfaction occurred, in some of the questions dissatisfaction was paramount, regarding satisfaction with the nature of the work and satisfaction with promotions, the highest rates were those of satisfaction, but the study showed a strong indifference, which indicates a certain detachment with the future of the organization. It is concluded that salary reassessments are necessary, to encourage cooperativism and cooperative education, above all the cooperative must listen more to its member, being able to be an active voice representing its member if necessary. |

Así, este trabajo tuvo como objetivo analizar la satisfacción de los cooperativistas de la Cooperativa X de Santa María. Para ello, se realizó una investigación descriptiva y exploratoria, considerada un estudio de caso de carácter cuantitativo. La satisfacción se analizó mediante la Escala de Satisfacción Laboral, desarrollada por Siqueira (2008), donde se evaluaron cinco categorías. En cuanto a la satisfacción con los compañeros y la satisfacción con el liderazgo, los cooperativistas se mostraron satisfechos, sin embargo, alrededor del 15% de los cooperativistas se encuentran insatisfechos con este requisito. Con respecto a la satisfacción con el salario, los índices más altos de insatisfacción se presentaron, en algunas de las preguntas la insatisfacción fue primordial, en cuanto a la satisfacción con la naturaleza del trabajo y la satisfacción con las promociones, los índices más altos fueron los de satisfacción, pero el estudio mostró una fuerte indiferencia, lo que indica un cierto desapego con el futuro de la organización. Se concluye que son necesarias revalorizaciones salariales, para incentivar el cooperativismo y la educación cooperativa, sobre todo la cooperativa debe escuchar más a su socio, pudiendo ser una voz activa representando a su socio en caso de ser necesario.A satisfação dos cooperados é um assunto central em uma cooperativa, pois são eles que desenvolvem as ações de desenvolvimento. Dessa forma este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar a satisfação dos cooperados da Cooperativa X de Santa Maria. Para tal foi realizada uma pesquisa descritiva e exploratória considerada um estudo de caso de natureza quantitativa. A satisfação foi analisada utilizando-se a Escala de Satisfação no Trabalho, desenvolvida por Siqueira (2008) onde foram avaliadas cinco categorias. Com relação a satisfação com os colegas e satisfação com a chefia, os cooperados mostraram-se satisfeitos, porém, por volta de 15% dos cooperados estão insatisfeitos nesse requisito. Com relação a satisfação com o salário ocorreram os mais altos índices de insatisfação, em algumas das questões a insatisfação foi soberana, quanto a satisfação com a natureza do trabalho e satisfação com as promoções os índices mais altos foram os de satisfação, mas o estudo mostrou uma forte indiferença, o que indica um certo desprendimento com o futuro da organização.
